This track is horrible to begin with. First the pregnancy came into picture, then the termination of the fetus. Sulo stalks Pallu and decides to make use of acid reflux disorder and declares that Deshpande's bahu rani was carrying Raghav's unborn child. The doctor is also a nutcase, she pawned her reputation and profession to defame Pallavi.

Pallavi is made to leave then because of Shivaji Maharaj comes back with proof. Sulo's plan is quashed and inlaws are happy that their daughter is Pure and Sure. That leaves only two options either Mansi or Amrutha. Still in front of Mansi's in laws Sulo's literally murders her family's izzat.

For once Raghav was lost, he understood that Pallavi's self respect, principles, moral values, ethics and everything which stood for is cut into slices by her own family. Sulo reiterates that Pallu is a character less orphan who wasn't brought up as per Deshmukh's or sanskari Parivaar rules.

Inta beizzat karke kya mila, beti ka rishta dav par laga hai.

Pallavi ko writers ne Joan of Arc bana diya hai.. They have literally massacred Pallus and entire Deshmukh's personality sketch.

Sulu never had a speck of intelligence in that bindiwala head of hers and now Pallavi has decided to follow in her tracks. 🤪

All this while, Sulu wanted Raghav for Amruta but kept pushing Pallavi and Raghav together before everyone. Pallavi wanted to prove her innocence and when Raghav is doing that for her, she wants the blanket of blame to remain on her head. 🤪

Matlab, wah, Pallavi! Kya role model chuna hain apne liye. Jo karna chahte hain uska ulta hi karte hain dono namoone. 🤣

I actually feel that BWA never really wanted Amruta to marry Raghav, just that she is stringing Amruta along so that she goes along with her plans to oust Pallavi.

I hate to admit... but I'm losing interest in the show because of Pallavi's character :(

It's no longer about how she doesn't care for her self-respect, but the fact that she keeps blaming Raghav and dragging him into her problematic and dysfunctional family. She's an awfully dense businesswoman, her saree ki dukaan is an unprofitable mess, and her apparent family has a strong bias against her! Why is it that when Amruta comes home drunk, nobody bats an eyelid, but when Pallavi spends time with the landlord of her shop, all hell breaks loose?! The double standards are getting out of hand, but what's worse is Pallavi's reaction to all of this.

I think the makers should take a step back and reflect on what they're doing with Pallavi's character and the message she's portraying to her female audience. She's uninspiring, unnecessarily meek, and outright gullible. Unfortunately, all we're learning from Pallavi is that a widowed daughter-in-law should bend over backwards for her in-laws no matter how poorly they treat her.

& here I was hoping for a concept similar to the movie Baabul, where the in-laws support their widowed daughter-in-law in all her personal and professional endeavours...

Actually, I have no qualms in accepting that the story has become a horrible mess, thanks to the lack of TRP. And for that very TRP, these people have created an equally horrible track that has no connection to the story. Its hasty and shoddy execution to culminate into a forced hate marriage is making the show into a cringefest. I admit I have stopped watching, but I do catch on to snippets here and there.

The Deshmukh family is a despicable watch. They are narrow-minded, cheap, and third-class characters to say the least, with mighty double standards.

And with Pallavi, they have taken the translation of her persona as "water" way too seriously. Jaise pani apne container ka shape le leta hai. Pallavi madam behaves according to the company she keeps. With the Deshmukhs, she is horribly meek, subservient, and flexible to a point that even a yoga posture will hurt, she is that flexible. With Raghav, she is another person - feisty, spirited, independent.

But I would any day choose this Pallavi over the Deshmukh DIL. Frankly, Pallavi blaming Raghav is natural for her, because the guy, down the line, has done some mean things to her, for no fault of her own. So, she has conditioned herself to believe that Raghav can do anything to her in his hate for her. Whereas Raghav is another sample, he is objective and biased at the same time. One cannot predict which route he will follow with Pallavi.

I don't get what is the rush, even to show a hate marriage. Lagta hai Star Plus naam ke Raavan ne iss show ko Hanuman ki pooch samajh ke aag laga diya hai, for TRP, isiliye sone ke show ko jalaye ja raha hai. I mean it's been roughly 40 episodes, and the show is turned so shitty, that I have taken a backfoot.

When I used to watch Naagin 5, I stuck to the end, for Sharad Malhotra and his portrayal as Veeranshu. He was that good. But they butchered him real bad. Here they have butchered Pallavi, but they have a strong character like Raghav Rao, which they also seem to butcher quite a few times. His lack of any softness or remorse for the FL is weird. It is weird that he feels nothing at all with her, spending so much time one-on-one with her. I mean here too Pallavi did feel something - be it curiosity or remorse or sadness, but kuch to tha. Raghav ko to kuch bhi nahi hota. I have seen anti-women heroes, but this guy is something else. Iska kuch bhi samajh nahi aata, iske ilawa that he admires that she is only someone who can challenge him, being a woman.

The long and short of it is, I have lost interest because the charm of the story has fizzled out way too quickly.

I do not think pallavis character is ruined at all.

Not yet at least.

Pallavi is being stupid and biased towards mandhars family who she treats as her own but i still believe that pallavi act differently because somewhere she doesnt consider herself to be 100% a part of that family. Somewhere she still believes its her sasural and she has to uphold being a dutiful bahu of that family. So i feel her reaction to the whole abortion track is definitely dumb, but i think its coming from an honest character space.. one that struggles to find her own identity within the deshmukh family.

As for her reactions towards raghav i do think thry are becoming slightly exaggerated but i think you have to realize that raghav isnt a saint. To thr audience he may have all these amazing qualities but pallavi does not know these amazing qualities yet. Raghav is pretty hot and cold to her just as she is to him. And in yesterdays situation, pallavi was acting as a bahu. Mansis inlaws were there and if raghav made a point to talk about the abortion results.. she cant trust that he would clear her name or cause more problems hences she reacted the way she did. Its not right because we are all looking at it from self respect purpose and how can any girl allow this to go on.. but we forget that pallavi is a BAHU. And ITv standards, bahus always look after that paarivar remember? 🤣.. my point is..however we wanted pallu to react.. its not totally out of character for her to have acted the way she did.

Mujhko overall show ke pace aur track se problem hai. Kya iss track se behtar aur koi track nahi tha? What happened to the challenge? What happened to the other sau hazaar misunderstandings which haven't seen the light of the day? I mean pregnancy followed by abortion, is making me sick to the gut. And if you brought the track, why such hasty execution. Everyone looks lame and stupid. Bahut jaldi machi padi hai RaghVi ko ek chhat ke neeche kisi bhi tarah laane ki. I mean 40 se jyaada episodes ho chuke, and I have already lost interest.

I've lost interest too, which is so disappointing. But Pallu's acting sucks these days, and mismatched storylines gives me a headache! I just don't understand why there is a need for a marriage track so soon. If there is then at least give it a good reason even if it isn't love! Their so called hate is just not good enough a reason.

Yes. This i agree. Thus track itself is completely stupid and rushed. They are creating melodrama ..
