I subscribed to hotstar to watch IPL and was watching Radha Krishna from the beginning. The first episode was really awesome but while watching the second episode, I was like wtf was that? 😁 Vrishbhanu and Kirti were traveling in a bullock cart. They suddenly fall down from the cart and become unconscious even though there was no injury on them. 😀 Baby Radha falls like 40-50 feet away from them or even more than that I don't know how 😅 and she too doesn't get hurt. The entire sequence of Vasudev carrying baby Krishna and crossing the Yamuna river was literally so dumb. 😅 It was a very badly written scene. I wonder how this show used to get 2+ trps then.

Music and aesthetics was excellent. The acting was also very good. An amount of suspense was also there. No other show earlier focused on specifically RK. So RK magnetism worked. They were toying with unconventional ideas like badhas chakras etc etc. Every good ingredient was present so the charm was there. But they actually messed the main thing i.e. storyline.

I think there are many other serials with even more badly written scenes that get higher trps.

Agreed! This show was really amazing and beautiful in the beginning. The sets, costumes, music, performances of starcast were anyway superb but the message, the spiritual gyaan which is so so beneficial today were also great. It was really one of the best shows of itv. Arpit who played the role of Kans was amazing. I guess he was the only lovable villain in the show lol. Other villains didn't impress the viewers at all.

Abhi dekho kya se kya bana diya show ka. 😟 Biryani ko jali hui khichdi bana di in logo ne. 😅 The show became crap from Radha-Ayan marriage. They wanted to show that Radha Krishna relationship is beyond society norms and it was very pure but they didn't execute the track properly and then they started showing Radha living with Krishna almost like his wife just to impress the nibbis. As a viewer, I feel bad that once beautiful show became a kachra due to writers and directors mistakes.

Yes the CVs gave in to audience demand without using their discrimination and ruined the show.

100% specially the online viewers who have zero idea of mythology and watched the show only to see Sumellika together. The cvs should listen to fans wishes but not the ones that are illogical and dumb. The cvs made a huge mistake by giving in to their demands and spoiled their beautiful show. I am just not able to connect to the current episodes Radha Krishna anymore. This show is now giving this message that if u love someone then forget ur family, ur marriage, ur children because those are society ke bandhans and just enjoy living with ur beloved.

It is the Tulsi-Shankhchud/Vrinda-Jalandhar storyline.

Tulsi cursed him because he went to her in the form of Shankchud and was pretending to be a loving husband. In the original texts it was written that Shankchud was immortal because Tulsi was sati savitri and started harassing the devas. Vishnu that's why went to her in the form of Shankchud and touched her and thus she couldn't be a sati savitri and Shankchud was killed because of that. In this show they dragged the story a little by making this track funny by showing Radha feeling jealous seeing Krishna flirting with Tulsi.
