Your list made me go down the memory lane. Thank you.
I'd like to add Gayatri-Rajshri too. They went from formal in-laws to friends over the years.

Kartik- Mishti was a beautiful bond wanted more of it.
Kartik-Nani that was another beautiful relationship it was a mother-son kinda relationship usko bhi zyada explore karna chahiye tha.
And they had some great chemistry.
Kartik-Naitik also.....
Nd I fell kartik literally has amazing chemistry with everyone.
And then apart from this yes I agree
Akshara-Varsha were amazing
Kartik'Dadi nd Bua Dadi they had amazing banters though sometimes it became serious but it was fun to watch.
^^^^
Kartik had a great bond with many Maheshwaris and Singhanias. Rajshri-Vishmabhar, Mishti, Naitik, and eventually Naksh too. Mohsin is truly great in finding chemistry with any co-actor. That's why I loved watching him over Naira any day. Kartik and Naira together were great (when they started) but, separately, I always found Kartik more relatable. Naira (the one played by Shivangi) started out so egotistical and immature but then made a sudden 180 degree turn into being a mahaan, all-knowing female lead. She went from hating Akshara to idolizing her in a day. Never could relate to the Naira played by Shivangi. Ashnoor played her much better. I remember the shot where she is boarding the train to leave Udaipur and "Son chiriya" is playing in the background; I had literal tears streaming down my face.
I watched only from kaira, although watched older one occasionally as my grandmother used to watch.
Naira's with swarna before she went cuckoo with shubham track.
Naira's and mansi - nicely done. Good that she has been written off. Otherwise don't know what the makers would have written for her and her husband.
Karthik with maheshwari people. Frankly I like the maheshwaris more than the singhanias except the adultery by varsha's husband. Poor Naira had to end up with the goenka toli. Any relationships she could have formed were limited.
Surekha - karthik: for an otherwise selfish woman, she surely loved karthik.
