Why do we have to show another character's mistake to defend Virat?

Have you seen me defending Sai when she has not apologised? Have I said it is okay?

I had made that statement, I think was in one of the exchanges between me and Neetu, when we were talking about how Sai doesn't apologise.

I agreed that she doesn't apologise but I had also mentioned that I don't have entire faith in Virat because he apologises. I had clearly mentioned that he apologises and again makes mistakes.

Have you not come across anyone like that? In fact those people are people who get away, get sympathy only because they apologise.

Let's talk if Virat corrects his mistakes. The discussion is about Virat, his current action, you have any defense for it? Offense is the best defense is a wrong technique.

This was about Sai and you and me know it. I have already replied how I feel about it when this is used.

The reason about me bringing up about saying sorry and getting away, is not only for Virat. We do see many doing it. When I discuss here, I discuss the character but I also discuss about how such character traits are found in real people.

So Virat is not just Virat for me when I talk about his mistakes. He becomes a representation of many people who are like him out there.

Same goes with other characters too. That is why I once told you that I discard all OTT behavior in a character and then analyse them for their other qualities.

Only those which can be seen in real people or in reality are worth analysing or discussing.

I was waiting to see that neighbour drama but this show just made me quit watching even Kusum dola seems less toxic than this 🤢

Being a police officer & knowing the amount of crimes happening in the country especially against girls, it may have been better - if they'd showed - Virat letting Sai to enter the house but gave the shelter only for the night & asked her to move out next day morning, while also declaring he has nothing to do with ristha with Sai. If they wanted more drama, they could also have brought up the divorce paper ka drama - at least this would sound reasonable.

PH could have shown Sairat remarriage before she enters CM again but this time with all CM members present, willingly or not.

Usually if you followed some old movies, these cases go by like this - you are not permitted in our house, stay in the outhouse for the night. Your stuff will be sent to you, we do not want to see your face again, dafa ho jao in the morning.

Honestly speaking, couldn't PD had asked Sai to accompany them to their house & returned to CM next day morning ? PD very well knows how CM family members behave. PD has to be one of the worst written recurring characters I have seen in a while.

Bold : True. PD could have asked Sai to spend atleast the night at his house when he knows Virat and Chavans well. But the guy is so selfish! He didn't even bother to ask how she would manage at home. Rather may be planning how to initiate SR of him and Devi. 😡

@bold PD is a spineless guy and don't think he would have thought about Sai at all. Even if he had, wouldn't have thought a human being who is also a police officer will turn away Sai from his house.

Blinded or not, she went behind Virat's back to do the marriage. If she had arranged this marriage when Virat was out of town - that was a different equation. Virat came to the wedding only bcoz he realized daal mein kuch kaala hai. Sai was happy to get a family member of his married without his family present including those who cared for Devi like Tai, Shivani - forget about Virat.
