He was definitely trying, they didn't have their usual tashan. It felt tame comparatively but tbh I'm excited to see what happens on Monday that has Shaurya so worked up. Also omg I noticed he did the same thign Anokhi did by using hum!! But ACP was like nope, I'm distancing her from this. That's what he did the night before too when he suggested that Shaurya showing up at her hostel was his mistake that he doesn't want to keep helping him cover up.
I feel like it has to be for some reason I'm just not able to put my finger on it. TBH a part of me wonders if this is actually going to ruin holi because we don't see Shaurya in any of the BTS so maybe in the end the holi doesn't end up special because Shaurya is in lockup and so Shagun has to wait until the fest to make her appearance.

@bold he wouldn't be wrong if he is being the voice of reason but I can't help but feel that even after observing their closeness he doesn't want to back down because what is the need to come to the party other than to see if he can meet Anokhi? He knows Shaurya hates the sight of him yet accepted his family's invitation?
And somehow it is beginning to feel he is trying to impose himself on Anokhi only in a less "in your face way". Shaurya's insecurities are out in the open, he can't hide it while he can get aggressive while opening up about it he has somewhere restrained himself from demanding Anokhi to stay away from the ACP. While Ahir has neither used agression nor openly communicated what he wants it seems like he isn't going to back down unless Anokhi makes her disinterest explicitly clear. I don't think he is going to turn evil as such but he is definitely going to be a boulder that cannot be moved out of the way easily š
Having said I don't underestimate Shaurya's potential to land in jail because of his own wordsa or actions but I am still banking on the precap not being misleading
