Legal question in regards to pulkit

I know morally it would have been better if Pulkit proved his innocent to devis family before marrying her.

But legally , if Virat is going to arrest him, isn’t it upto Virat to find the proof to arrest him ?

in a court case isn’t it as far as I know upto the prosecution to provide proof against the defendant. The major onus is on the prosecution to find valid proof to put the defendant in jail . Prosecution relies on cops to find the proof. Either ways legally it’s upto the cops to gather the evidence to prove the guilt.

technically virat cannot arrest pulkit based on the piece of paper..

the second issue is virat cannot investigate family matters because you tend to become biased.

so logically pulkit does have more proof to prove his and devyani's relationship the biggest being harini!

I guess there is no point of legal matters at all over here dear, the matter is full and formally personal here, they have just forcefully dragged law over here , so none of the participants will stand here towards law I guess. Evevryone just wants to prove something or the other.

Yea true . But Virat’s dialogue in the precap , made me think about the legal aspect and how it is not upto Pulkit to prove his innocence. It is upto Virat to find him guilty. ( legally speaking )

Tomorrow sai will ask for the warrant. No one complained yet. Even himself! So sai will ask him to register complaint first and come with warrant. It is night so only next day he could get it!

I am sure this will happen because it is routine formula in Indian movies 😬

I agree virat ki paas koyi valid proof nahi hai based on a fake letter and a tampered document he is about to arrest the suspect but letter toh abhi didi neh jala diya agar case court tak jayega iam sure CN waleh will remove that fake document too , pulkit can easily get out of this mess aur agar court tak jayega Virat ki naam aur career hi barbad hoga , family grudge ki wajah seh ek innocent person ko arrest kiya defamation case hoga ulta
