By law virat cannot arrest but for itv drama they can show that. Since it’s India even if it’s not law you can arrest someone with fake documents. The victim will run around court to prove its false evidence. The judiciary system in India is quite scary.

I understand why Tai didn't tell, I am saying that Virat will be made to think that she has not said anything all these while. Even after Pulkit visited them, she didn't talk about it.

Would have been good if Virat had a conversation with his Tai that night rather than with Sai. Wouldn't anyone have done it? Need nkt bringing the past, could have gone to her room, apologised to her saying he didn't know would have done the trick. Tai might have shared a lot of things on her own. He would have hesitated to bring her past thinking she might get stressed or that it might harm her. But a small conversation would have done wonders.

sai had told him also why didnt he speak to tai and he said what happened in the past let it go..

he never made an effort to even go and hear pulkit.. till the letter came for him pulkit was the right guy post that he became bad... it would raise a doubt in an sane persons mind and he should have confronted pulkit then especially since sai told him that pulkit doubts that kaku will try and stop the marriage at any cost
