Hey guys,

Please do not get offended with the poll or the questions in the poll. It is not meant to offend anyone.

Many of you would have known me. I have participated in many discussions and we have all had fun interacting with each other. You would have also known that I have been a Sairat fan.

There has been a question in my mind for the very first time since yesterday. What am I watching the show for?

Am I watching the journey of two individuals or watching a journey of a couple? The couple ofcourse constitutes two different individuals, but how am I supposed to look at them? As someone who would correct their flaws and fight all battles and still stay together or someone who should fight against each other and part ways?

Couples do face challenges and some succeed and some don't. They have to work on their relationship and put in efforts to make it work.

The reason for my question is, I am losing the interest and the fun element is getting lost when the question of whether they should be together or not gets raised. It is individual's views and I respect it. But being a hardcore fan of Sairat, the more and more such questions gets raised in many posts, the more and more it is disheartening. It is fiction and we all know that. When we are all watching the drama together, should we also not watch the battle of the couple against each other and think that they will get through it? Are we not supposed to hope or expect that they work on their relationship? I thought many, if not all wanted Sairat, but it doesn't look anymore to me.

I used to watch the show from GC days and a few episodes from even before that and I always enjoyed it. It is not too long since I joined this forum and I enjoyed the forum much more than the show. The no Sairat opinion doesn't seem to have got created only now, looks like it was there forever. I am no longer able to enjoy Sairat as how I always used to. I don't even feel like writing an OS or continuing my FF due to this.

I understand when the character's actions are questioned, but I am losing interest when the relationship is questioned.

Is this only me who feel this way or you too feel this way when their relationship is questioned?

What do you guys want? Sairat or no Sairat?

for me sairat are always the end game. thats the only reason i am still sticking to the show. even now they both are fighting for the same thing, devi’s happiness. the other people have their own agenda for stopping their wedding. but these two have always stood by right. that is where their core characteristics match. there is no ghum for me without sairat. i see their scenes even the fighting ones on loop.

Of course sairat. Most of the ITV shows concept is around arranged marriages and how the couple navigate the circumstances. If not for the OTT drama, most of the difficulties shown in the lives of these fictional couples is inspired by real life situations. Just like in real life two different people with flaws come together. Ultimately how they find love and acceptance is what makes the journey/story beautiful.

here in Ghum both virat and sai are awesome characters, both extremely positive with weaknesses . This makes them both endearing and it is tough to chose one. So that’s the confusion mostly with fans. I hope their character arcs are shown nicely to sustain this appreciation for them and story progresses well.

PS: I have seen SNS 1 where gopi and ahem are poles apart, ahem is out and out grey character. Their marriage was worst possible situation to be in but their relationship growth is shown beautifully! Even DABH, sandhya and Suraj are extremely good characters but poles apart and their story is also huge success. I m sure sairat is one such pair!!!

Always and forever sairat...

They are imperfect, they are crazy, they don't follow each other, they hurt eachother when fight, same way they are strong together, they become eachother strength, the complete eachother... And finally they are perfect together...

In my view... No one can handle sai better than virat ... Same way no one can make virat live his life to the fullest than sai... That's the beauty of them 😍😍😍

beautifully put. we have discussed before as well, sai is the only one with whom virat can be himself.

and lets face it, if it was anyone else in place of virat with a little less strength, sai would walk all over him.

sairat forever... their flaws bring them together...

I will quote my favorite quote again--

“Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous.Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people’s sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.”

this their journey of beintehaa mohabbat!

Sairat always. Despite being poles apart in nature and attitude they complete each other.

I beg pardon why should you bother when some people question the relationship? I don’t care if others think so. It won’t effect me at all. Strictly my opinion only.
