I wish they had made Pulkit a stronger and more formidable character - he would have made a great support for Sai.

Unfortunately, the writing and the need for ITV female leads to be bearer of all things right surpasses the character development of others (except negative characters like Bhavani).

That being said, it will be interesting to see how they bring the story forward (honest confession: I binged the Tamil version just to see what happens and the Hindi version has made slight but interesting deviations). And I am looking forward to the confrontation (however frightening that might be) as well as separation...

Now, off to re-watch clips from the Holi episodes!
