I am Lost

Pallavi was again participating in the contest of best Saree manufacturer. Yet again she had to face Tina from before but this time she was competing with Pallavi Raghav Rao instead of Pallavi Deshmukh. To boost her confidence and also support her in every way Raghav sends a small letter hidden in her wife's design.

I met you in the darkness of my life as the only shining light;

I could only see the courage on your face so bright,

Blood and bite were my luxurious garments

Until the night I made that sindoor your only ornament.

My anger is limitless like a burning hot fire

Knew no bounds to control and made people fear,

I burn thousands of butterflies with my untied heat,

Only you made my heart skip a beat.

I can see my fire in your eyes during violence and fights

Cooling me with your icy glare and a slap of reality.

Never did I face such strong threat,

Only you could challenge me to never lose a bet.

Considering you my only equal enemy

I overlooked the possibility of you being my incomplete personality.

Dominance on world was what I knew better

You barged in to rule my heart and life later.

Tortured you to death,

Still could never stand others doing the same to you yet,

I vowed to destroy you and throw,

But life planned to make me bow.

What started off as a fight of enemity

Became the reason for our intimacy and proximity,

I asked you to stay away

But gave myself infinite excuses to meet you in every way

Never knew fighting someone could be this happening,

With each passing day I knew my feelings were deepening.

I saw you decked up in luxurious wears,

Oh! How I kept my hands away from you my dear.

Those sudden attacks planned on us

Proved me that you are kind and righteous,

Turning this rich structure into a home for this man

You barged in to my house every now and then.

It became a habit to see you everyday

I have fallen for you so hard they say.

Your sister's wedding helped us too,

For I got to see you in a look so new.

Dancing on the tunes of beautiful scores

My mind went numb with every move of yours,

They called me your hero

But you are my other half, not a heroine babe.

Hate was what I had for you

That was a misconception, you proved me soon

I saw you care for the vulnerable me,

Where was the hate that you felt for me?

These burning desires and feelings in my stomach are something so new,

I wonder if this is what they called a love so true.

Saw you crying the day before,

I wanted to take away that pain from you.

Family was always important for you,

They treated you like trash,

Now you knew.

I am still lost in that dance moment

Finding my way home with failed attempts,

I married you with revenge in mind,

Who was I kidding, for I always wanted our lives to bind.

Your love has given a new meaning to my life,

Making me proud when you call yourself my wife.

I wonder if I could ever live without you

For my very existence comes from being with you.

You are an equal to me in everyway,

You have been my mirror reflection always.

Mending my crooked ways with a few straight ones,

You moulded yourself into a strong businesswoman.

I am proud of you my lady, my love

I admit I am lost in your warmth.
