A parent will never think this way. Their child’s safety will be paramount. They may get angry at the kid once they find him/her but they won’t just abandon them without knowing their safety and accuse them of being characterless. Especially, one such as Pallavi who does everything for her in laws.

This is exactly what I was saying about Pallavi yesterday. You are right, she has given them reasons to doubt by hiding the truth because she thinks she can do everything herself. She has been shouldering the responsibilities of Deshmuk family and thinks only about their happiness and this selfless nature of hers gets her into trouble. The lies started with the shop issues and then got extended with Raghav’s because she didn’t want to hurt Baba & Aayi. But her selfless nature sadly gets her into trouble always.
I don’t think Baba has any right to be judgemental about her character if he really knows her nature or at least try to understand what the truth is. It’s the trust factor which is making her more guilty and stopping her from defending herself. Only yesterday I was thinking when she was replying ‘don’t worry, I will sort it out’ to everyone’s problems, what are you going to do Pallu when they are all going to stand against you ? You will be left alone. I hope she stands up for herself for once and try to explain what happened. It would be sad if she is again going to put all the blame on Raghav’s interference in her life for all the mishaps.

Pallavis character has been so erratic n unrelatable ever since the track got changed...one week she is all chummy pally chabad chabad with Raghav next week she is in lecture mode throwing sermons at him for genuinely helping her etc ...and then she only throws heavy words and attitude on raghav but where this standing up is actually required she fails miserably if they dont fix her char which is frankly annoying at the moment and give it consistency audience wont relate to it and it wont help the shows cause in terms of success! She right now is a Zero as raghav rightly pted out earlier!

I agree this completely. She needs to set herself straight.

All big words n questioning is only to Raghav. She is portrayed as sensible woman but here going to another ppl's car without any caution. She has been acting out .

I really hope the writers make her character strong rather then confusing
