Vijay is not a wise man... He is judgemental and irrational but Pallavi gives him reasons to doubt her. Ayi's reaction was the one you would expect of an elder in this situation.. Pallavi messed up so bad.. she has created problems for both herself and Raghav. Now besides her Ayi baba, he will be mad at her too for creating a bigger rift between him and his amma.

And honestly, I won't blame him. He's been trying to mend fences for so long but today's event made things go from bad to worse. Undid his efforts so far. There is no way his mother will forgive him if she believes he's ruining Pallavi's life (or any girl's life), especially now that she knows and likes Pallavi.

I feel like Raghav ko hi Hyderabad chhod ke jaana chahiye kuch dinon ke liye. Chain se rahega, far from the 'maddening' crowd.

I dont think pallavi is causing raghavs blame nor raghav causing pallavis blame..

As for what happened today, they have a very tumultuous relationship so of course she didnt want his help. And yes her trusting the random guy to drop her in middle of night was a little tone deaf of writers considering she dropped her pepper spray in the process that she grabbed in full intent of safety. .

BUT i also think we could chose to view it as highlighting how affected pallavi and raghav are by eachother. Pallavi gets carried away with raghav in a way that brings down her guard quite a bit. Which is nice and refreshing for a girl who has to be on guard all the time at home. In dropping her defence and letting her own ego dominate the situation she got herself into trouble.

But its also raghavs ego that he didnt stop her right there and then. He of course wanted to prove a point also that she cant handle everything on her own and she would require his help.

Both of their egos with eachother are extremely high and thats why they get so engrossed they forget what they are doing and whats happening around them.

As for getting aslap for the situation, his and his moms relationship is delicate. ANYTHING could trigger it. I dont think thats pallvis fault not her responsibility to amend it. Yes it would be nice to see her stick up for him but i would not say she has to. If that were the case raghav should also stick up for pallavi and clear the air for her sake. Neither owes eachother anything in my opinion. Whatevers happening to them is fate.

We can't blame anyone for the situation right now because neither of the two knew what is going around. But to some extent I do feel pallavi is very passive. Because she to some extent knew. But then she would have never imagined getting thrown out
