No kate, at around 18 they go to college, but medical and engineering students first prepare for entrance exams and clear it depeneding on their capability which either could take simply a year or years, only then they get to college that too a reputed one and medical degree course is of 5 years and seeing veer's degree then it must have had at least 8 to 10 years of studying and later a lot of practice!

So show have no logic! 😂
