Why shouldn’t they do solo lead roles if the Demand is there ? Bharat a film Salman did at age 53 was one of 2019 top grossers and super hit. At age 53 the less said about Bachchan the better (don’t know if he was even releasing films lol)

Now at age 55 Salman has Radhe a hot prospect (it could flop I know) but right now people are excited

bachan had tough competition with khans and kumars in 90's and he lost it then....but its khans good fortune that no new actor can create the charisma which khans once had ....but one by one khan will get away like shahrukh is a flop khan since last decade ...now who knows how long does salman khan star image can save him .....amir khan is another league he started making different films since the start of 2000 after his flops like mela and mann ....his carrier went to another level with his choice of films after 1999 and 2000 with laggan, dil chahata hai , tare zameen per . ghajni etc .......but salman and shahrukh are still stuck with romantic image who fight for girls and sing for them and smooch them lol
