lol thats the problem when some scenes are executed properly but the story feels outta sync...Originally posted by: rinki_99
Yea man, but when the episode itswlf is so out of sync there isn't much to disscuss other then possible "fix its"
rinki, here's the scene from last year if you are confused by the massive burial that was done last year
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAYZ2z3NmBE&ab_channel=GlobalNews
people were unable to claim these bodies...i think in india, they would burn it as opposed to disposing them in boxes....im not sure how it was done at SG but you should know better..

ive seen the first episode of s2....
to start it off with the funeral procession, it sorta kicked back home about disposing millions of bodies right w/in my area when funeral homes were practically booked for the ceremonies....over here, we can't burn the bodies as per hindu rituals but they would electrocute them & whatnot...traveling back between NJ/CT to NY & vice versa, i have witnessed these scene on tv or heard about & how it took a toll on everyone...
yep, something similar to what happens here as well. that kinda set the mood of this season and i knew things were going to get dark. a kinda neat way to get people hooked to know who's the body way. i m still confused. also liked that its sorta a tribute to the doctors who were on the frontline battling covid.
hahahahaha, venkat (bone set) ki itni caring that people are quarreling over it like cats and dogsš¤£
AHAHAHAHAHAH venkat is actually nishant's best friend. he just named the bone set after him and it is very important to him. issi ko lekar kar season 1 main kalesh bhi hua tha.
huma & sakshi revived some uncle thus inspiring others to join the med school...ahh, the grad school camaraderie is fun to watch ...
hehehehehe it was actually the three of them (season 1 finale). I am guessing that not getting the credit is also getting to Nishant and affecting his self-esteem. plus his dad already has a lot of expectations from him. I m so happy to see him grow and want to be someone other than just the class clown.
good to see no ragging on a physical level that has been usually shown in shows by the main leads...there are those who do ragging without even being physical just like the guy whose brother cleared the med school entrance exams...also ragging amongst seniors is also done very well as usually i see ragging between seniors and freshers...
I liked that set up cause there was some ott nonsense rather subtle bullying. Nishant trying to weasel his way out was kinda cool. like he knows it probably won't work but still he tried. and then my favourite KC Bhai š¤£. anti-climatic but funny.
awesome to see the sibling bond...nice casual conversation & no beating around the bush about ramesh's insulin related matters...
ahhhhh Sakshi and Akash. they are fun to watch. Sakshi has grown more mature over the season and with the responsibility placed on her shoulders, it's only going to help her grow as a person. although I am sensing that she is going to go through a phase of guilt for not binging able to help Ramesh kaka.
ahhh, i like KC (even though the entry was somewhat dramatic & sorta OTT) lol the outcome of wiping ketchup to show yadav his place hahahaaha...
KC is the OG roommate we all want.
nishant: "medical students ki life jhand hai, yeh kya hai?"
kc: sachš
i liked the conversation between lata & nishant....lata thinking that getting an mbbs will set her life & asking him about his neet rank...she is dead set & quickly judged him based on his carefree response....i reflect back to this when i entered as a pre-med student & felt that it wasnt suitable for me...lata is technically conditioned to get compared & you can see why she was asking for his rank ...matlab barabari & judgemental...
I think most people can relate to this. high expectations, comparison between children, self-esteem issues. I have been through that stuff myself so I liked that parallel as well. lata will probably take a while to get to know him and see he isn't that bad. after all academics is not all there is a person. felt bad for Nishant tho (being on the receiving end)
KC's advice was funny & interesting to learn on idiocy hahahaha....fun way to cheer up nishant...probably my favorite character of the lot
same, I was waiting for his dramatic entrance with some funny line and i wasn't disappointed.
-lol huma's obsession w/ number 4
I think Huma is developing anxiety/phobia of the number 4 actually. like she was teh top of the class and then slowly started slipping. I think if u watch her monologue in ep 5 of the last season it would make more sense. now landing on number 4, is taking its toll.
-damn so probably the ending was the highlight, nishant's protectiveness towards his father and senior in medical field was probably the highlight alongside KC's advices...
yep
-ohhh so sakshi's uncle has fallen off the bed & is unconscious

ouhhhh, in India they burn the bodies but no one is allowed to remotely near them.
ok so caught up on the 2nd episode
-nice that they are beginning with taking extreme precautions...
-lol, KC & his record of passing out umpteenth times XD
-i think this hysteria club is quite good to showcase favoritism amongst senior students..
-why other students are opting for usmle or studying abroad because of scope limitations to practice medicine in india vs abroad...from a financial perspective, it does make sense but ultimately one has to choose where they want to practice hence huma's situation is quite sensitive as she's already struggling with her studies, #4 ka issues, and now this...it is true tbh about why students are opting to study abroad as opposed in india because, even though the educational system is improving, there is still competition thats quite prevalnt as opposed to the education system in india that prefers the reason for choosing their field rather than grades & whatnot
- the still at 11:24 is sorta wrong...when you are in lab, the hair has to be tied especially in a chemistry lab ...but, her problem with the #4 issue is quite evident...
-KC and his epic moments never cease to amuse me š¤£mishtan bhandar in med school hahahahahahaš¤£this guy is literally me favorite character now ...kudos to the actor playing the role
-hahaha, punnett squares with bollywood tadka by nishant was epic method hahaha ...isko dekte toh bollywood fans b biology/chemistry ko love karenge hahahahaha..
-ahhh, so we get more in-depth info as to why nishant entered med school through connections..plus, he felt guilty about this...he openly admits about being unable to pass the medical entrance exams...
-huma's prognosis scene was decently done wherein the resident physician asked her to open up...too much expectations can kill one mentally indeed...mild anxiety disorder...otherwise psychiatrists and psychologists usually have a social stigma thats been developed and people would chide them as doing faltu ka prognosis & mental issues can heal up on their own ...its good to see that the med school does have a mental counseling centers within its building... off-note: they definitely look good as a couple šnot shipping them or anything but just a suggestion hehehe due to the 40 rupees ka funny banter
- the scene on 26:10 where the printer wasnt working sorta made me grow suspicious because she couldve emailed sakshi the older prescription as opposed to giving an attitude ...even though sakshi took it lightly here, the pharmacist shouldnt have dissuaded otherwise she could be screwed big time TBH...
-the water chestnut scene was cute to watch...ahh they mentioned bulandsheher/meerut as i have majority of maternal relatives in benaras/bulandshehr so made me reminisce some of my childhood memories ...
-awesome to see the cluster of separate scenes in the ending...i think lata has crush on nishant but lets see where it heads off towards..
-im rooting for huma & yash as a couple šive seen intercaste relationships within my family so probably supportive if they indeed turn out to be a couple <3 hahaa, but her avoidance ..i hope she doesnt turn OCD though...
-medical malpractice becomes the new issue...lol tabhi toh that printer not functioning drew me suspicious lol
yep, something similar to what happens here as well. that kinda set the mood of this season and i knew things were going to get dark. a kinda neat way to get people hooked to know who's the body way. i m still confused. also liked that its sorta a tribute to the doctors who were on the frontline battling covid.
i guess, bc covid19 has been the hot topic for the past year, thats why they developed this scene...technically whether disposed through burning, wooden boxes, etc...they probably also wanted to pay homage to those who passed away from covid19...
AHAHAHAHAHAH venkat is actually nishant's best friend. he just named the bone set after him and it is very important to him. issi ko lekar kar season 1 main kalesh bhi hua tha.
lol, yep yadav kept on reminding him about breaking the cadavers, beer in bio lab, etc...hahhahaha
hehehehehe it was actually the three of them (season 1 finale). I am guessing that not getting the credit is also getting to Nishant and affecting his self-esteem. plus his dad already has a lot of expectations from him. I m so happy to see him grow and want to be someone other than just the class clown.
in some ways, his & huma's problem seem to be the same regarding expectations...but both had a different take towards the hysteria club...
I liked that set up cause there was some ott nonsense rather subtle bullying. Nishant trying to weasel his way out was kinda cool. like he knows it probably won't work but still he tried. and then my favourite KC Bhai
. anti-climatic but funny.
yeah but tbh the ending scene was more impactful before yadav allowed him to join & that w/o KC's assistance...he still weaseled his way out but it was far more prominent to pay respect to his father even though he isnt oblivious that he entered through referral...usually, i hate this whole system of referrals/connections & grades when one has to enter grad school or jobs...like, personally i believe in testing my knowledge more through like assessments and testing what i learned ...building connections is okay but using them as a means to get a job and not having a clear perspective since each connection terms certain things differently...mehh whatever, i just believe this whole referral thing is just BS even though the institution/organizations have an comprehensible point of hiring candidates on their past history because these supervisors are apprehensive of their past performances..
ahhhhh Sakshi and Akash. they are fun to watch. Sakshi has grown more mature over the season and with the responsibility placed on her shoulders, it's only going to help her grow as a person. although I am sensing that she is going to go through a phase of guilt for not binging able to help Ramesh kaka.
i like sakshi tbh...she's trying her best to level out her role as a niece, medical student, cousin-sister, and herself...sometimes she lets go of certain things in order to prioritize what needs to be finished ahead of time...but i just hope she doesnt lose her individuality ...it seems like she'll take a stand against the wrong prescription conflict that has arose at this point...
KC is the OG roommate we all want.
nishant: "medical students ki life jhand hai, yeh kya hai?"
kc: sach
areey, his theories on life is just light-heartening to overhear....such a exuberant and bindaas mast maula bandha h yeh toh...hahaha, no chee-chaa over passing out ....lol teacher ka response phuss kardia...hahahah...
I think most people can relate to this. high expectations, comparison between children, self-esteem issues. I have been through that stuff myself so I liked that parallel as well. lata will probably take a while to get to know him and see he isn't that bad. after all academics is not all there is a person. felt bad for Nishant tho (being on the receiving end)
oh yes, its definitly consumes you mentally and getting exhausted out of this social dilemma matlab its just all about cracking the NEET which nishant definitely picked up and thats why he opened up in the second episode..
same, I was waiting for his dramatic entrance with some funny line and i wasn't disappointed.
i actually liked that there wasnt any filmy or dramatic entry...matlab he calmly observed nishant's rants and tried his best to cheer him up...
I think Huma is developing anxiety/phobia of the number 4 actually. like she was teh top of the class and then slowly started slipping. I think if u watch her monologue in ep 5 of the last season it would make more sense. now landing on number 4, is taking its toll.
and thats what yash diagnosed her with in the second episode...it is mild, but i think, at the rate im watching since i dont wanna make any premonitions at this point, she's starting to like his company but is denying it in front of him...i dont want it to be turned into OCD sorta thing but lets see...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPXnoxflHck&ab_channel=StarPlus
kya baseless promo hai? š¤£just the typical tashan/clash between the leads wtfšš¤£fans are gonna go gaga over this shitty promo...lol ishqi risky ki toh phus hogai HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAš¤£
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kB9BkxDLB_o&ab_channel=StarPlus
^andhe show k promo ki itni keecha tani smh š¤¦āāļø just really? wtf?
watchrd the 3rd episode of operation mbbs:
-overpopulation has been & will be a problem in densely populated countries like china, india, etc....uprse covid19 alg musibat...i mean, the struggle is comprehensible but not adhering to the protocols...just too much tbh & hence the uprise in cases...
-ah, i like the dean in yellow saree as to responding to the reservation by the MLA at 1:31 ...media is flawed in sensationalizing the sensitivity of occupied beds...as humans, we try our bests to accommodate and accustom to the present scenario ...just a pathetic method to gain trp & monetary means...
-lol KC changing the dates matlab kuch toh kurafati chalra h in his mind ...lol, his virus equal to love wala speech was fun to witness towards charu...aww poor guy & his feelings HAHAHAHAHAHA...
-sponsorship for fest is critical thing in schools...again, requires connections & i liked how it sorta was actually in parallel to the concept of limited PPE/beds in hospitals matlab money is imperative key to everything, everywhere...
-so huma accidently confessed her crush on yash before running away...she was bold in confessing it out so kudos to her ...
-nishant's hesitance in talking the truth out was quite prevalent...
-medical/pharmaceutical negligence is quite sensitive so glad to see sakshi take a stand & gaining the information to combat the scenario for her uncle..but she remains aloof to the actual scenario thinking its chat mangni pt byah situation lolololo
-lol, all three med students drinking beer & drowning their fears hehehehe
-sakshi's acting to defend her uncle in medical negligence was decently performed no gimmicks ...i really liked the play of perspective here because we have emotional vs practicality here over ramesh's negligence...i mean, both are right from their perspectives hence yash made the comment to evaluate the scenario more properly as opposed to directly jumping the gun....
-huma's still sinking back to her anxiety w/o confiding it with yash...that anxiety has taken such a told + her phobia with number 4 also amplified the situation...i appreciate the dean's perspective on admitting that the definition of rank is decided by the medical student themselves as she is prepping to become a doc by her hardwork & dedication ...
- at 23:56, yash's perplexing expression is quite evident while he does online tutoring...aww bechara KC after charu rejected his drink...no offense but he deserves much better than that charu...she is sorta highly arrogant TBH...
-good thing they cleared up the confusion between huma & yash...off-note: they really look good together ...
-lol lata is growing her fondness for nishant whereas nishant remains aloof to all of this..before yadav breaks the news of sponsorship sources lol...again the trio come to together only to see the covid cases beginning to enter in india
