And seriously i really believe in this slot curse thing bcz jab koi long running popular show bandh hota hai tab uss slot se log ekdum gayab hote hai bcz unka fav show jo off air hua hota hai

Ek baar slot leader leken hua toh na aur ab leap ke baad aur bhi chances hai. Baaki 4 shows toh ek baar bhi SL nahi hopaaye. Although Sanjivani had the highest opening day try 1.7 but its unengaging factor pushed the audience away. Dadi Amma use to get 0.8 and SM opened that slot with 1.3 ratings.

Waise tumhari ek baat sahi hai Raj that long time agar koi show chalta hai toh aur ek din bandh hojaata hai toh uss slot se audience gayaab ho jaati hai. Issliye i believe 200-250 episodes se zyaada koi bhi show nahi chalna chahiye. Yrkkh chhodo i have the same fear with Anupama.

For ex kullfi ran for 400+ epi it was not long running shoe it used to get highest trp but still iska next show jinn bhi highest trp laane laga bcz previous kullfi aise long running hit show nhi tha ......then jinn bhi high trp show tha jo 200 epi tak chala uske baad aaya imlie nd yeh bhi high trp laa raha hai

So agr show 300-400 epi ka ho nd hit bhi ho toh next show bhi hit ho sakta hai

Haan aur dekha kitni acchi ratings bhi diye teeno shows ne. Ab jo show Imlie ko replace karega usko bhi bohot acchi ratings aayegi. This is only because they were ended in short period time instead of running for 1000-2000+ episodes. Aise hi dheere dheere hit shows ko 300 phir 250 phir 100 episodes pe khatam karna chahiye tabhi channels ki highest percentage ke growth hogi. Always quality comes first not quantity. 👍🏼

Btw i want to clear some misconception abt trp things which are created by twitter acc

1. Online trp thing is fake

2. There is no such term as raw trp or barc trp

Actually pahle 2014 me impression se trp nikalne ke liye dividing factor tha 2200 but baadme wahi dividing factor increase hoke 2472 hua approx

But ye GTV wale same hi factor use karte rahe saalo tak

For ex .....kisi official journalist like salil ne kundli ki trp 2.6 batadi nd uske impression hai 6588

Toh yeh gossip wale iss 2.6 ko raw trp bolte thy

Agr 6588 ko hum old factor 2200 se divide karte hai toh iska banta hai 2.99 means 3

And agr hum isse current factor 2472 se divide karte hai toh exact 2.6 aata hai

Issliye GTV wale 2.6 ko raw trp bolte thy nd 3 ko barc trp (which is totally wrong)

Ab dusri baat IB ke time pe star plus unke shows ki trp kuch jada publish karta tha so logo ko lagta tha ki woh star plus tv nd hotstar ki trp milake deta hai jo ki wrong tha

Bcz sab channel wale 2+ (age group) ki trp dete thy nd star plus 15+ (agr group)

For ex ib ka ek baar 2+ (age group) trp 2.9 tha highest but gul ne post kiya tha 15+(age) ka trp 3.3

but star ka 15+ age ka trp sahi tha bcz if tum log dekho ge toh 2-15 wale kids ki trp consider karke bhi kya fayda bcz woh log toh GEC ka target audience hai nhi but 15+ age ki trp dena actual me sahi baat hai
