I think at this point Anokhi knows, she just doesn't want to think about it or accept it until it hits her on the face because somewhere she is thinking about the fact that he is her professor (Too late for that though😆)

Like right now the only thing keeping them from wondering further, I say wondering and not acting because they have no control over their actions with each other 😆 is the student-teacher relationship, because even when Shaurya realised that was the only thing he focused on as a roadblock.
