One of my favourite book is Pather Panchali by Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay - the story of Apu & his family, the siblings bonding, showing harsh reality of poverty and insight of their daily life, finding joy in small things.

It was my first Novel about life other than the fairy tales and small stories. When I first finished this story I didn't know it has another part but after I started the next story and found the similarity, the happiness was of another level😆
