I actually think it might be something else. Perhaps she says something bad about him in front of his mother, without knowing they are related, and this further strains his relationship with Keerti and Amma. I don't think Raghav would tolerate that. It would feel to him that this is the second time she does this and will think that she was actually involved in the scandal. This seems possible that she might blurt that he kidnapped her and helo captive for a day at his mansion and leading a mini heart attack to amma rao
