I don’t like how in this type of series they show an evil character, after destroying more than a decade of everyone ‘s life, they give him/her redemption, like what’s the point of redemption now, damage has already been done lol. It’s so unrealistic

Exactly, she became unreedeemable for me during the chilli grinding episodes. The way she was taunting and enjoying Sai's pain was disgusting. Point of no return that was.
