Episode starts with VanGre rushing from their hideout to Riddhima's location. Meanwhile Vyom comes to meet Riddhima. She questions him about how was he was able to track her. He cuts the rope with a knife and asks her to leave the place. She denies and says the deal is still left , I'll get the black box anyhow. She tells him to tie her again and leave. VanGre reach the place to find only Riddhima there tied.
Here Sia is stalking Vyom on Instagram thinking she's lucky that he asked her for a date. Ishani teases her and tells her to meet him. Its good to tell the other person about your feelings. Sia is surprised that Ishani spoke to Angre. Ishani says drop the ego and win the heart. Ishani burns all of Sia's old clothes and decides to give her a makeover so that Vyom comes after her.
Dadi is in a rocking chair and Vyom comes. Dadi panics and asks how did you come here. Vyom says I can come here anytime as I'm also like your son. You'll have to pay for what you did in your past. Imagine what will happen when Vansh and everyone else comes to know about your deeds. Your family will hate you like anything. She shouts at him to stop and he disappears, it was her imagination. She tries getting up from the chair and falls flat on the floor unconscious.
Vansh asks Riddhima who came to meet her. She says no one. He pulls the half cut rope and tells you'd have ran away if I tied you like this, you're a good actor. He continues asking her whom is she saving and she keeps denying that no one came to visit her. Angre informs that dadi is calling Vansh as her health deteriorated and RiAnsh simultaneously ask what happened to dadi. Vansh gives her a look and leaves.
Vansh comes to meet dadi and she tells him she wants to talk to him only and sends everyone out. She asks him to not judge her after whatever she tells him. She starts talking of the past but sleeps because of the medicines.
Here Ishani has given a makeover to Sia with curly hair and western attire. Sia is nervous about meeting Vyom. Ishani calms her down and encourages her to take Vansh's car as it the GPS has his address. She tells her to stop getting scared and fall in love.
Vansh thinking about who could be helping Riddhima in his office. He calls and asks Angre about the person who sent him to Vansh's office when someone came to meet Riddhima. Angre as always doesn't know and didn't recognize the voice too.
Vansh doubts Kiara and goes to her room. She is in a bathrobe and water drops from her wet hair hit Vansh when she turns. Vansh says he wants to talk to her and she invites him in to talk. He picks her phone and checks the call record. She says its not right. He doesn't find anything and leaves.
Here Ishani gives Sia Vansh's car keys when Vansh catches her and asks about where she's going. Ishani tries speaking but Vansh shuts her up. Sia retaliates saying its none of your business wherever I go, whoever I meet, I'm not a kid now. Vansh asks her where is she going but Sia denies telling him and says every time things wont go your way, stop anyone at anytime, kill people as per your wishes indicating towards Riddhima. Ishani is happy looking at Sia's response. Vansh locks her in a room and tells Ishani not to open the door.
Vansh tells Angre to untie Riddhima and leave. Riddhima asks for water and Vansh tells her can you drink this giving a green liquid bottle. Riddhima says this cna't be poison as my Vansh can never his Riddhima. Vansh says but you aren't my Riddhima. He tells her to prove it by drinking the liquid.
Precap - RiAnsh kiss. Office scene where Aryan brings dadi to show her that Riddhima is still alive. Dadi asks Vansh if she's alive and he says yes.
