I think we should chill. Artists are very professional and one aspect of it is to avoiding the touch if they can. I remember offscreen BTS of ashish and sanaya during Rangrasiya days. It was the most romantic scene but ashish says he doesnt even touch and the camera takes care of it.
Especially in TV industry where the actors are in constant contact with each other they will make sure they dont touch too much to cause discomfort.
Summary is yes they might not touch that much but yes here camera angle might be bad.
Also, as someone mentioned they will take care not to disturb existing makeup. it is not that they are playing holi in real. 😉
