Man, the family waale were quite gaga on Malini shuru se hi.....Aparna toh back then even thought that only Malini could make Adi smile🤣.....itna gehra aur widespread delusion tha sabko.....lol these people won't be able to even begin to understand ki Adi ki happiness Imlie hai.....the girl he scolded 99% of the time in front of them😆.

@bold: LOL yeah Adi ke paas ek hi toh insaan bachaa hai waise bhi lash out karne ko.....lol baaki toh no one seems to give a damn about him😆. So yeah, Imlie pe hi karega unload apna saara dard when she tries to push him even more towards Malini.

Yeah bechaara Adi...as you guys said, they did not even bother to inquire about his health after he left all toota phoota...SMH. This makes me ki yeh log usse dhakke maar ke ghar se nikal denge when they find out about him and Imlie.🤔 His own mom will likely do it, LOL. But I don't think Adi will care much. As long as they kick him and Imlie out together, he's probably gonna celebrate. Then he'll sing to his Jhalli ...oo yaara rab russ jaane de, deewana jagg chutt jaane de.🤣

Re: the haq....oh no doubt about that.....the scene in PD when Adi fiercely tells Imlie that one has to FIGHT for their haq that Kismat has given to them....that felt like foreshadowing for this only. Imlie has totally stepped back from all her rights right now so Adi is the one shown feeling all the pangs and outrage on her behalf more....ki she had the first haq on him but she never asked for it.....and he will definitely be the one to remind her of her haqs if she keeps only fixating on Malini ke haq.

Yup...and he'll likely remind her with as much FIERCENESS as he reminded her of her to chase after her dreams.

Btw that reminds me....finally Adi also acknowledged at the end of yesterday's scene that KISMAT chose Imlie for him😆. So I'm also expecting more of this from Adi in the coming days where he will now be the one reminding Imlie of destiny/fate binding them together too.

Ooh yes...good observation. In the initial epis, Imlie also mentioned that destiny decides half your path, you have to forge the other half. I think it would be a great conversation if Adi reminds Imlie of that too. That they have been brought together by destiny but the only way they will overcome all the complications they face is if they work together as partners. It will be a beautiful scene, no? :)

One more thing before I forget, I always meant to ask you why you think Adi never annulled his marriage with Imlie before marrying Malini? Was it because he thought it was void cuz it was 'illegal' or was it because he felt an attachment towards Imlie and didn't want to let her go? I'm inclined to think it was the latter based on the scene of Adi and his dad prior to his marriage with Malini.

Seriously I can't figure them out😌😔 adi se zyada Inko apni khushiyon ki padi hai and it boggles my mind ke malini se aisa kya kia for them to be so latoo over her since the very start...matlab itne pampering and sar pe bhithane ke baad 7 saal ka rishta with family ke baad bhi they are so formal and cannot talk properly.. 🤣 7 saal se they knew her too and woh wall break nahi hua toh kya Saara time bas inko bhi ji huzoori hi karni thi isn't the enough to know ke yeh nahi chale ga jahan 7 saal main woh basic formality hi nahi gayi

LOL you've asked the million dollar question😆....the most enduring mystery in the story.....haha

A guy who is educated, an investigative reporter no less....that guy thought that simply denying the validity of a marriage would be enough to dissolve it?😆.....It is very hard to buy. So yes, then one is forced to wonder if subconsciously he couldn't bring himself to fully cut that chord with Imlie and that is why rather than taking any official action to annul the marriage with Imlie, he just chose to try to pretend it didn't exist😆.

Somewhere in his heart and mind, he felt that attachment to Imlie through that marriage and couldn't fully let go....so he used anger and other things to keep her at a distance but never took an official action to cut off their relationship. He felt the weight and responsibility of the marriage with Imlie at many points....the convo with his father as you pointed out.....but he couldn't bring himself to fully accept it so he instead continued on with his blunder of marrying Malini simply to run away from facing such enormous truths.

Toh register karke annull karva leta phir😆....otherwise simply pretending it didn't happen doesn't make it invalid. If he really wanted to invalidate it, he should have invalidated it officially though legal routes....otherwise leaving it open-ended like this doesn't resolve its status either. And isko kaise pata ki register hui ki nahin? Woh bhi kahaan confirm karvaya isne? 😛😆......which brings me back to my original point.....ek investigative reporter hone ke bawajaood he did no follow up about the status of this marriage even if just to confirm ki it doesn't have any legal standing😆

Yes, based on his character graph, he seems like the type of guy to who gets complacent when he gets comfortable. And I agree that subconsciously he felt an attachment towards Imlie which was obvious in the way he cared for her, didn’t like to see her crying and felt pangs after she was stung by bees even that early on. Even though he gives many bhaashans about being righteous, he really isn’t all that.😆 So I don’t think ke he didn’t annul out of the goodness of his heart or out of general sympathy for Imlie.

I think the main reason he couldn’t fully accept his relation was because it was forced. And thats likely why he married Malini as well, cuz he chose her first as his life partner. But you’re right that he also wanted to run away from the truth of his relationship with Imlie, which is why he called it ‘illegal’ for so long. That’s how I interpreted the famous Adi-Imlie SR scene. Otherwise why was he always worried that this ‘jhoota’ rishta will take the place of his relationship with Malini?? I think the reason he ran out that night was not because he cared that others will now think he spent the night with her...I think he started looking at her in more than a platonic way even back then.

Yup. Funniest thing will be if Adi-Malini shaadi turns out to the null and void one cuz Adi-Imlie shaadi ends up being registered and legal.😆
