Ok. Then maybe we will get another flashback scene of their dating life of this naamkaran. I think maybe Malini ne hi Adi ko bola ho ki woh usey "Moon" bulaye. This kind of cheesy thing is right up her alley
And Adi Khush hoke use bulane lag gaya ho "Moon"
LOL yeah this is also very much possible....the suggestion came from Malini and he went along with it to show what a "loving" boyfriend he is😆....most of his cheesefests seemed to be coming from a place of feeling this pressure from Malini to give her grand romantic gestures😆
Imlie ke case mein woh kuch bhi nahin maangti but Adi ke andar se genuinely badi badi baatein nikal aati hain Imlie ke liye😆
Yes, Aditya means Sun. Agree that Imlie is the actual sun who spreads light, warmth & life. Aspirational naam hone se kya hota hai, kaam bhi toh waise hone chahiye. I mean he has professional achievements but personal life toh pura mess hai iska.
I think that this is the first time in recent times that the names of ML & FL do not have any cosmic connection. At least I don't know anything that connects the sun & Imlie except for the general sunlight is required for any plants growth.
LOL yes aajkal especially they like to do some trend of leads ka names having a cosmic connection but inke case mein nahin kiya. I think they gave them names that just suited their backgrounds.....Imlie had that earthy sa feel and Adi ke case mein I guess aspirational kar diya that he is the "sun" his family revolves around😆.
Imlie ke name ka significance they do try to keep reiterating from time to time that initially one may not like her flavor but phir itni pyari lagne lag padti hai ki uske bina guzara nahin hota😆.....Adi ke case mein toh sabse zyada prove hua yeh point.....lol
It will be difficult for anyone to believe Adi's claim of never loving Malini because of all these over the top cheesiness & PDA that he has displayed. Also it will be easy to discredit his love for Imlie.
Yes, and I think that might ultimately be the catalyst for Adi to fight for his love for Imlie too....he will have to fight hard to prove that his love for Imlie is genuine, that they are soulmates.....his own past words and actions will come back to be a big roadblock for him in this fight.
+100. Waise I observed that in his introductory scene when he reaches office he first requests for adrakwali chai from the office assistant. So iski pasand saari pehle se hi simple, earthy things se thi. But there are more things that indicate he is connected more to I can say Indian roots than modern things. Like his profession of being a reporter in a Hindi newspaper (I am not 100% sure that Bhaskar times is Hindi newspaper. Please confirm), his appreciation for Hindi poem & literature, him being more of an on the field guy where he usually travels to smaller towns & villages for a story, taking Ghar ka tiffin for lunch, etc. It's a very strange thing that he ever thought he & Malini had anything ever in common. Because Malini's upbringing & tastes are more inclined towards modern sensibilities. Fascinating
Bhaskar Times does seem to be a Hindi newspaper....whatever little they've shown of the office has shown the name of the newspaper written in Hindi only....and yes, Adi himself seems to have an affinity for the Hindi language, literature etc.
LOL@ him and Malini thinking they had anything in common.....I guess they got deluded over picking the same things while shopping in the city. She literally otherwise seemed to have no clue or interest in learning what draws him to these field assignments, what his thoughts on those stories are. Bas woh token "oh ok, cool" jitna baat cheet....kinda like he showed yesterday for her BP....lol....and iske basis pe they made the presumption that there is "perfect understanding" between them? 😆.....it is beyond laughable indeed.
They fixated on surface similarities of being from the same city, maybe same college friends etc.....usse zyada depth nahin socha. While with Imlie, there are so many surface differences, but under the surface, they are kindered spirits with the same value system.
