Not sure .. bday also they had everyone present. Like astha and shaan. This is probably a scene where he is at restaurant and acp and her are there too due to some reason bc bday mein he does all bday decor and gets upset when acp brings rose and she accepts on the day that he did the decor and surprised her lol
