Who is responsible in content so i also know how channels like colors sp is regressive now

Head of the content department are the most responsible ones. They always think that tv is still the regressive medium so initiating trp content will bring them trp always. Over the years they hadn't evolved and due to this reason we are still seeing such topics back to back that have already finished once. These content head are just for namesakes. In reality when one channel formula become a hit other channel follow the same method. One unique content show in a regressive channel cannot change the ITV. ITV will change only when progressive stories will be yielded in a large amount like a channel with 10 fictions (6 progressive shows, 4 daily typicals). Then only audience will get a variety to choose and they will never watch those 4 regressive shows.

Programming fiction head are different ones. Their work is to manage the lineup of shows and schedule them according to their respective time slots. Content head are the ones who choose the pitch and decide what to bring next.

Manisha Sharma (the psychopath) is the content head of Colors but i dont know about SP.
