Even if we think that Uday was way too upset to notice it, it's really hard to not have notice Randhir coz Randhir must have then went inside, changed his attire and then came out as well. And in Baig house as well he was in the same attire. We do notice such major things subconsciously as well.

He even didn't bother to notice Radha's unusual attire and look after looking at her, Randheer was near the door not Infront of him.
