I too feel bad for Veer. Veer can see Rani's efforts to free him. And can see no one doing it apart from Viku and her and that's why he gets emotional whenever she says that.

His love gets stronger seeing her doing that for him. He falls for her deeply because of it. Rani Sa got him to stop her mission but because of it he got to know that she is doing without taking a proper care of herself. When someone does like that for a person who didn't get the love he longed for, it really touches him. You cannot stop that person falling for the one who is doing that.It's natural. Good one CVS.

AK, if they show Rani blurting the truth again Veer will yell at her as he is covering Nandini and it will repetitive and Veer yelling at Rani not approved by audience. So I think it will be Kumud only and because of lamp symbolism I am sure of it.
