That's you projecting your feelings onto her. Daadi isn't there to make you feel irritated. She's there to create conflict and she's doing a good job of it. Hell, in some ways I agree with her as Vansh has been too lax since he met Riddhu. All the assaults that happened could have been avoided if he had just opened his damn eyes.

Also, this isn't some corporate job where one can take a day off or two and everything will still be okay. This is the freaking Mafia. If you avert your attention even for a single second, you could end up dead. Vansh doesn't have the luxury of being soft in this business. If he wants to run the empire then he needs to be hard-core. If he's not up to it anymore, then he needs to say it so that the reigns could he handed over to someone who's willing to do the job right.
