Hi, haha, yes, I find amma dialogues pretty funny too. This show is famous for its funny one-liners, be it from amma, SS or Krishna.
Not sure if the language is actually spoken like this, but must be, since the writers must know what they pen down.
But I do recall certain words are created like tensionyao mat etc. by the actors.

I have been to Varanasi/Allahabad couple of times since my in laws family lives there . And yes people generally speaks like the same as it is shown in the show
