Why did all the Rajawats act like they don’t know who the culprit is? And if so, why are not ALL of them stopping Rani? Also in the BTS, Megha said only one person knows the truth pointing to Veer (she forgot Ranisa). So I don’t think anyone else actually knows.

I don't think anyone else knows either. Maybe the culprit knows. Maybe he doesn't remember.
