maybe bc shaan wasnt divorcing her and they had some hope that they can be together some day...astha was hoping shaan can make it up to her..

But in one of the episode I remember when shaurya went to meet her with those papers of devi being her mother. She initially told him now your father has sent you but I won't sign them
