This show highlights the battle between mind and heart so beautifully.

Beyond all the drama what pulls me to this show is SaiRat and THEIR internal battles, the yearning for each other and one pushing the other away because of a promise. Kind of cliche but still the show has a very differently charming approach towards SaiRat and NeilSha makes it much more ethereal.❤️

I won't say, then he was yearning for her love, but probably it was his attraction and his mind subtly warning what's going to happen in the future. But yes, He was hella attracted to her, but she was quite literally a child and he was too invested in the two day love story then, but still he rarely thought about Pakhi when he was with Sai.

He may have realized if Pakhi wasn't in the picture, because with the advent of his infatuation to Pakhi, the attraction to Sai become fainter to even realize plus it wasn't really moral of him to be attracted to whom he considers as a 'bacchi.'

Very apt analysis, and an insight to what a person would think subconsciously. At times we make a decision consciously but there are different plans laid out for us and life has a weird way of demonstrating it.

I have always found it interesting, he most of the times doesn’t remember Pakhi in the picture it is Sai who reminds him. Even before the wedding when she asks him why are you marrying me, he was speaking about them no where he was thinking of Pakhi until she asked him what will you tell her.

I think that dream followed by this scene I think depict the entire flow of the show. These 2 scenes are very good scenes which have been executed (I think).

As Janki also mentioned subconsciously he knows the Vaada was out of place and he yearns to be with Sai emotionally. Virat is an emotional guy and his connect with Sai was always emotional. But it is Sai who would also distance herself not knowing what to expect, she has asked her questions directly but hasn’t got the answers yet.

Well the car scene was a more obvious one that we all could make out because they literally slapped his concern on our face. But the dream scene was more indirect, indirect in another level that I haven't scene people talking about such a brilliantly thoughtful sequence much.

Yes. If he'd left for Nagpur also, he wouldn't be free from Sai's thoughts and eventually went to pick her up from GC and may not have married her but following the entrance results would have put her in a hostel. That's a very different take on SaiRat I would love to write someday as an FF.

I also agree about the disgust part of the vaada he feels while breaking that chain, he actually wants to free himself from it and he does, even in real, he will. What's also interesting is that he sees Sai running away from him in the beginning and she falls into the pit (agar tumne pehle hi haath pakad liya hota toh tum ghum hi nahi Hoti) and after breaking that chain, he has to convince Sai to give him her hand, 'I have come, I am here. Give me your hand.'

She's been the one who's seen as distancing herself every time he tries to go near.He will have to break that chain evidently for her to see it and then to convince Sai to be able to give him her hand even in real...

Yes Yes! @bold this dialogue and so many of such dialogues Virat said to Sai in GC tracks can be used clearly to track his feelings for her which eh himself didn't realize! Some of them were way too unnecessary until he didn't see her as a special someone.

Yes! Sai running away, even I had thought of it so much forgot to add it here. Yes, @bold-italics that dialogue did come true in future when he said that haath pakad leti toh ghum nahi ho jati.

Now we all are in for the journey of Virat actually breaking out of that chain to get his love!❤️
