Tbh, it looks like both got the best of the deal.

Had they gotten married, Shaurya would not have healed himself and would not be able to love her as she deserves to be. And Shagun would have been frustrated career wise and would have found it difficult to love him.

I don't even want to think about why the ACP showed up tbh! Like he is too attached! Though a part of me wants ShaKhi to have another confrontation in front of these two because truth be told, when they are together, they really don't see anyone else in front of them. They just see each other. And I kind of want ACP to again notice that Anokhi doesn't give him nearly the same undivided attention that she gives Shaurya even though she is fighting him! The sooner he realizes that Anokhi has no feelings for him but that Shaurya and her equation is something different, the sooner we'll see him be fully positive without any of these weird moments!

The Mishti I've rewatched 1000000 times!! I love the bond between Debvir! They are so friendly and he pranks her so much it's adorable! Yeah, here it seems like the cast overall gets along really well with each other!!

We all know that Shaurya didn't really love Shagun. Their relationship lacked passion. But did Shagun love Shaurya? She once said she did, but I can't say if it was indeed love or a platonic bond from her side too

While it cant be denied that Shaurya is controlling, but Shagun allowed herself to be controlled as well (which is realistic, I guess, I've seen girls around me in situations like that!). She was okay with Shaurya saying that he "allowed" her to work, she was okay with being only a guest lecturer for his sake. Her love had blinded her so much that she could not take a stand for herself for the longest time. I guess that's how Anokhi is going to be in stark contrast with her.

And I think, I'll understand if Shagun turns bitter when ShaKhi happens. She has devoted so many years to him, and seeing him doing a 180° for Anokhi will leave a bitter taste.

@bold tbh this surprised me because I'm pretty sure if he didn't, she would have still gone ahead and married him. That is something Shaurya probably knew. So I was actually surprised that he let her continue. As much as I hated the word allow, I was still surprised that he did because that was more than they allowed Aastha or Kanchan or Gayatri to do. Which made me think, if he can bend the rules even for someone like Shagun, imagine what he can do for someone like Anokhi!
