I still think that only her wounds have opened up and passed out in today's accident but Veer won't be able to see her in that state covered with blood.

I think so too. She will pass out because of the exertion or wound opening after she is done proving it wasn't Veer. The judge will then say Veer is innocent and he will land up in the hospital where Rani will be taken or he will take Rani. Then RanVeer scenes plsssssss.
