I think their schedules are tight, someone asked KV about the bts or offscreen videos and he replied saying "Soon"

Yeah I guess what I wonder is if Shaurya, given that it will be a love marriage, will naturally treat Anokhi differently you know. Like he won't want her to wait to eat and so he'll be like Anokhi sit, and she'll be like why should I sit when none of the other bahus do and he won't be able to give her a good response back other than, that's just how it's always been. Like I want to see his love for her force him to reckon with the unequal treatment in his house.
