Don't know. But doctor first informed Vansh that Ridhimma is not pregnant and then phirse on Vyom's blackmail said that sorry saw wrong report apka wife pregnant aur baby bhi healthy hai

He brought her to the gynac and Vyom follows them. Doc says everything is normal. R leaves and Vansh asks doc about the kid. Doc says she isnt pregnant
