Uff kash ani ye soch pata kash ye samaj pata ke if he declares their marriage void then that will be only for him or for his family but society in general is not going to value his decision, they have their own parameters..If one wants to bring reforms one needs to mingle with society n start educating them..mere bringing a law n enforcing it will create social chaos only...

That is part of the learning curve na... That laws need to be implemented through education of society.
