I liked today's episode..this side of shaurya was surely about to come out..this is what he is..

A control freak MCP

Even if anokhi likes ACP or is friendly with him..who the hell is shaurya..

Anokhi is his no one and she is not entitled to his whims and fancies..even if she is his wife..she is not gulam to him and his ego

Anokhi do not belong to him..

The fool himself is not clear about his feelings and takes no time to accuse who is not pampering him like his badi maa or his uncles..

This is altogether a different issue

And people should not compare anokhi's interference about astha or MU's here only because..even if anokhi was not involved in any of the above...and he developed feelings for her and when things doesn’t go his way..he will do it..irrespective of anything..

Really..why should anokhi take care of shaurya's feelings...she can like any man...shaurya helped her and he himself said..he would do it for anyone out of humanity..so he should keep it that way..

Should not expect her affections in return gift..

That's a prime example of his hypocrisy!

He acts as if anokhi told him she likes him, and then went to trap Ahir.

Its funny because see he thinks so low of her and then went ahead and say that mein bhi rich and famous hoon....so like, he wanted someone so low to fall for him, to be this close to him???

And he mentioned something about her being repulsed by his touch...like dude you've literally been holding her so close for weeks and she only get conscious when they are too close and he is getting riled with Ahir touching her palm????

Its all about his ego and his ghatiya soch.

I think the main problem is the raja beta treatment he gets in his home. I have noticed everyone in Saberwal family cannot or does not utter a word against his rude behavior or try to correct him. Shaan does but when does Shaurya listen to him? He is used to being heard, being obeyed and wants everyone around him to keep him above all. Whoever agrees to him, he likes (Devi, Tej and Alok) Whoever doesn't, he accuses and vents his anger in a disgusting way (Aastha, Shaan and now Anokhi)

And honestly speaking, even if he wasn't misogynistic, these territorial and anger issues he has would bother him as well. He would find new ways to insult her in every step of their married life. I hope the CVs have a good good redemption track planned after these episodes else I will have to believe that Shaurya's emotional issues will keep disturbing their dating and later married life.

Perfectly put. You put the perfect label on him - control freak MCP. His intention with verbally abusing Anokhi was to make her change her ways. To control her. but she did nothing wrong nor will she change anything about herself. The best reply and lesson would be for her to continue to do as she does today. Bcuz his intention is for him to control her like she’s some puppet. That’s what he was trying to do but it won’t work with her. This is how his thinking will start to change. That he cannot word shame abuse people to get his way

Exactly. All else aside, the anger is really bad for a relationship. Moreover he has no control over his emotions and this is nothing new. This is why I always feared his outbursts towards his parents bcuz it was bound to happen once Anokhi started to mean something to him. One problem is solved and then something else is bound to happen. Like a chain reaction. Sometimes it never goes away They really need to handle this with sensitivity and give it the time n space it needs. Honesty I am not sure what the future holds for this couple now. I want to remain hopeful but it’s a bit hard after this episode

From the promo it looks like he will help her in the cheating track and like every FL, Anokhi turns mahaan and forgives him. I really hope she doesn't. Shaurya's character was much loved until last week. I really hope the writers have a good redemption track sketched out. For now, I see him going the typical ITV ML way

Infact I would have been happier if she didn't try to explain anything to him and shown him how hurtful his words were and continued in the college instead of leaving saying so what? What's it with you what I do with other men is my business. That would have been a bigger and better F you to him that I don't care for your opinion.

Same here. I hope this doesn’t just end with him redeeming himself thx to the cheating incident. It has to be more than that.

I also hope he doesn’t think it’s ok to hold her hand like that after all the BS he said today in the show about touching. That’s not acceptable.

Anokhi has called him out on his anger many times already. I don’t think she even fully accepted his apology after the flower incident. She spoke to him but I think that episode introduced a change in her view of Shaurya and that’s why she started to slowly to resist him. Bcuz of his anger management problems.

Exactly...that's what I felt that she is really uncomfortable with his anger and violence being on the receiving end of such behavior in her own home. That's why I touched this issue in one of my OS as I would really like the CVS to address this issue in the future instead of glamorising it
