@bold - I sometimes get a vibe that Shaurya loves exhibiting power. When he sees Anokhi being super fierce but always needing him, it somehow boosts his ego. I dont know honestly. Beacuse otherwise , I don see him being egoistic alot.

Remember when he saved her from goons, he was looking at her as if she's doll that needs to be protected. I guess he always had the notion. That men protect women. And that kind of makes him feel good when he is able to achieve it. Could that be the reason?

Also, the fairy lights scene, it was my favourite scene, because he was helping for the first time with no life death situation. There too, he let her try coming out of it, she couldn't do it and he took the charge. He behaved like it was his duty to be there for her even if its something so minor.

I have been over analyzing his actions maybe 😆. But a lot of incidents actually connect in a different manner now.😆

This is exactly what I have been feeling. He loves the fact that fierce, stubborn woman like Anokhi depends on him for things. And so far, he has always proved to be there for Anokhi whenever she needed him making him feel that Anokhi is the one who would always need him.

I really needed break from such scenes and wished to see a story where Anokhi could totally handle situations herself. I truely want Anokhi to prove her innocence without help from Ahir or Shaurya in the cheating case. I wonder if that too wound his ego as she did not take his help? I understand he gets upset that Anokhi depends on Ahir for help but what if she helped herself and said she didn't need him for everything.. Would he be able to digest that?
