And yes it is an option and has to be done. One of my broken tooth fell out itself.

I have not had a severe toothache for weeks now cos I have been managing my diet, keeping away from certain food and drinks that trigger the toothache.

You can manage your diet for a certain time but you need that tooth to be taken care of as soon as possible.
