its amazing how these Bollywood movie events from the past felt like some grand weddings. It must have felt so good to go to these events, now days everything is so boring. Miss those days of classic Bollywood.

Yes. Amazing grand parties

In the first video, Rishi Kapoors looks really handsome, he is comparable to Sanjay Dutt in his handsomeness. This was just before he started gaining weight. Looks like the two were good friend

Why did they leave this?

I watched a video in which one industry person said the corporatization of BW has harmed it more than it did good.

Used to be such huge events and felt so warm and welcoming (even as a viewer)

Even the award shows back then used to be awesome - the live Filmfare awards were awaited all year and used to be a family event. Not its just recorded/edited garbage - haven't watched one in almost 5 years now

Lehren was the only way back in that time to watch this things and still my dad has some lehren video cassette's.
