You know the bitterness of chocolate is amazing to me but bitterness of bitter gourd isn't

They have certain difference in their bitter tastes and it's not the intensity becoz both are almost equal

But still I love chocolate bitterness but not bitter gourd

I avoid bitter food, especially bitter dishes, that's why I prefer dishes like chicken masala, lamb, & keema...I love aloo mattar though, & I eat lassi saag over just saag itself 😆Other dishes I eat are daal and cholay.
