So biggest confirmation today was bk pp conversation where bk thanks pp for planting fake letter. But they did not talk about how they managed to get the college forms to also confirm what letter said. Also bk admitted that pp's fake letter drama has not only led to virat being on their side but also created a rift between Sai and Virat. Has this old hag ever considered long term consequences of her actions. For example, Has she considered how upset Virat would be to have his wife leave him due to marital discord. She keeps dissing Shivani about her divorces , what would samaaj say about Sai leaving Virat. Or are there no consequences if there is drama in the son's lives kyunki "izzat" toh sirf beti ka ghor tootne seh hoti hai, beta kuch bhi karein....these people are ridiculous. they deserve to be in jail but since that won't happen i have high expectations from virat's verbal lashing when he learns the truth. I hope that the scene/the actor/the dialogues/the direction are all done right. I don't want it to be end up being a phuski bomb.
Second big thing today was the tone of the episode was actually not as loud and negative as i was expecting (thankfully) but dialogues left much to be desired because they were too "generic" and there was no "urgency"
Sai consoled Devi beautifully..they look like sisters. It was a short but sweet scene. Sai let pulkit know that things have escalated and now virat is against the shaadi but pulkit seems to lack the urgency in his body language. I dont sense his frustration, his sadness, his helplessness...all that is seen only in Sai. This actor unfortunately is also underperforming or has been given poor directions. I dont understand how he is so calm and composed about all the allegations against him which could lead to him not being united with Devi. sai is there to help him but one would think that the onus would come from him to provide some proof of his innocence. But he is just depending on Sai and has made her the center of this.
Virat sunny had convo about holi plans and virat tells him that Sai's intentions were not wrong but she made a wrong decision.sunny tells him to bury the hatchet and move on with Sai because afterall holi hai. And then fingering the bsiko's gifted bamboo plant fondly he thinks about what to gift Sai. If not for Sunny, looks like acp had no plans to do anything for his baiko :( he was like Sai ke vajah seh ghar par tension hai and so even though its her first holi he wasnt going to do anything but Sunny ki krupa seh atleast husband is thinking ki kuch kiya jaaye.
Then we get part 1 of Sai-virat conversation where pp hasnt come to interrupt yet! (Small mercies!)
Sai's tone was spot on. She asks him to sit down and also tells him more than once to listen to her "shaanti seh" Without raising her voice she attempts to convince him that pulkit isnt lying because "aapne bhi devi ke liye unke aankhon mein pyaar dekha tha" and " kaku can stoop to any level for izzat". But i wish she had said- what if just like the blank letter, the form you found had beem "planted" for you to find because how else would we both find opposite things from same source. Virat also shares with Sai that from bank he found out about madhuri being guardian and having access to pulkits bank account and so how harini is probably pulkit-madhuri's child and not pulkit-devi's. But he didnt mention the "maa" bit...if he had, Sai could have given the explanation she got from pulkit. Hopefully this could also be a stepping stone for Sai to suggest further investigation like DNA testing. If harini is proven to be devi pulkits child then atleast that will open this case up for more scrutiny by ACP saab who has otherwise decided to treat this as a shut case! it still wont prove that he didnt marry anyone else called sangeeta or doesn't have an affair with madhuri but it will show that if he has a child with devi, the case merits more investigation than being brushed aside as simply badla. She should point out how pulkit has lived in this house, people know his character. He needs a chance to defend himself like every accused is....
Why is no one talking about a marriage certificate. Sai can say, why dont you check in a marriage registrar office to double check marriage of pullit sangeeta instead of just one source which both of us got 2 different pieces of information from.
And Sai should point out how if pulkit wanted badla, why go through all the taam jhaam of shaadi, he could have taken her the same day. It looked like virat and ashwini were ready to pack devi off the same day! Voh toh pulkit suggested that he wants to marry her again properly. Why would he spend all this money buting gifts for a badla shaadi if he only wants to hurt the family n devi. If sangeeta was his wife who left him because of madhuri-pulkit affair wouldnt neighbors and people kinda know. She should suggest doing more tehkikaat by enquiring with neighbors/other employees in the college who usually know such gossip...
When Virat is listening to her calmly before both of them get angry at each other due to pp entry/provocation, its important to sow some seeds of doubt in virat so that he doesn't prematurely close the case. Unfortunately dont think it'll happen.
Anyway on a side note i dont understand why virat was hiding his gun behind his back and them stealthily keeping it in his wardrobe. I dont get it!
and in precap he sees Sai talking to pulkit, snatches her phone and then he is pointing a gun at Sai and saying "tumne mere paas koi option nahi choda hai". Does he expect Sai to actually believe that he will shoot her if she disobeys him?!
