Exactly! Rhea can be controlled because obviously she doesn’t have a thing called brain! But Prachi? Naah! Woh kabhi inke haath me nahi aayegi! And as you said she’s very well capable of handling her father’s business! But once she does that, Aliya will be powerless! That is also one of the reasons why she’s using Rhea against Prachi other than the fact that she was brought up by Pragya!

Prachi’s father should have thrown these freeloaders out of his house long back and together with his small family could have lived peacefully! But no, he has a habit of keeping losers in his house and people who genuinely love him out of his life! In a way he deserves this family, not people like his wife and Prachi!

In a way he is reaping the fruit of his own actions. He humiliated mummy multiple times and threw her out. He didn't even bother when mummy walked out with an infant Prachi. Forget mummy, he didn't even bother to find out if his daughter is alive or dead. And yet, he kept that criminal Aliya in his house for all these years and gave her unlimited power and wealth. Also he supported his criminal daughter even when she deliberately harmed Prachi multiple times. And now he is suffering for all his actions. The sister he cared so much for is thrashing him so badly and the useless daughter is not even trying to stop her.
