Though K Drama episodic is quite different from Indian. They do maintain their core story together without losing it no matter how the plot goes. The core is intact and over here we just change the core also as per our wish.

Well, it happens sometimes. That's why we call miracles but then TV made that whole emotion into a joke by taking it another level

I think the only character who did somethings unexpected was Chacha. Suddenly become so positive. Others characters somehow still maintained their characterizations more or less.
