I actually think it will be even more ridiculous if they confess love for each other and Adi still keeps sharing a room with Malini as a part of some "obligation" ki woh humaari patni hai😆....which is likely what will happen cuz they haven't found a solution to the marriage issue yet.

I'm not expecting a love confession anytime soon.....I was just talking about a realization from Adi's side....and I expect ki realization hogi bhi toh Adi ya toh usko dismiss karne ki koshish karega or he will try to hide his feelings from Imlie.

This is why they can't do a regular ITV wala track here of love realization/confession/lovers uniting.....because Malini is in the mix......if Adi still keeps sharing a room/bed with her after realizing his love for Imlie, it will demean his character a lot....that is why they probably want to keep those cards open to show that Adi considers his conscience clear that way.

Haan I'm very skeptical of honeymoon track happening abhi....yeah Adi may apologize to Malini for shouting at her but I still don't think he is in the mood to grovel/do cheesy romance to manaao her as he usually does.....he is too distracted with his frustration right now.

Yesterday also when his dad told him ki you can't talk to Malini like this, Adi was like, I know....I know it's not her fault, I know usne mera kuch nahin bigaada....for once, I didn't see guilt tripping Adi, I saw an Adi more in the zone of, "She's not the issue and I really don't have time to dwell on her right now....something bigger is going on"😆

It would actually be very Adi-like to get a chance to go to PD for work, and convince himself ki yeh achha mauka hai ki Imlie se baat karke cheezein clear karni hain.....lol isse aage peechhe na soche shaayad😆

I would still like it to be his choice to go to PD for Imlie, but I guess I'm braced either ways😆

yeah I'd rather just him make an excuse to all and go to PD instead of actually actually going for work and then probably tell imlie too ke.kaam se aaya hai keep it his little secret😆 Caz uske aage bhi itni aasaani se nahi maanega ke usse baat karne aaya hai.. but actually be driven caz of his quest to find answers to be able to deal.witb his emotions better

I think it is the right time to show adi's love confession. It's not like once he realised his love and imlie accepts him, the show is gonna end. There are tons of tracks that will happen. Like nishant's track, dev's revelation to adi, malini, imlie and lastly anu, then imlie and adi's marriage revelation.

Because till one day ago, as per show timeline, he did not even know Imlie existed. All he saw her was as zimmedari and something that he needed to fulfill it. He was all ready to send her away because it was making his Moon unhappy. Now he is realizing that she is important to him but not in terms of love, that is in his mind is still for Moon and Moon is still the most important person for him. We, as audience has seen that Imlie comes before Moon for him but he still need to do it. He needs to see Imlie with this new eyes and look at his every action, analyze his feeling and come to a point where he realizes that Imlie is more important than Moon, that he has much deeper feelings for Imlie than he ever had for Moon.

If they do it now, for me atleast it would be very finicky, because that analyzing or comparison where he realizes that’s Moon is not right for him and Imlie is more compatible and she is not only important but the most important person in life has not happened. Hence I feel its too soon for love realization at this point. Plus what kind of a person he would be who throws away a 7 year relationship which he claims to be the center of his gravity on a whim. Not a very good nor a trustworthy person IMO.

But then this is just me and I can be totally wrong becuase ITV does not work on logic 🤣

@bold: That would be the best of both worlds option right now😆.....atleast we the audience will know he's gone to PD out of his own choice but Imlie ko nahin bataayega real reason as usual jhoota Babusahib😆.....but let's see what we get.....haha

It’s been a while since we got one. The last one was the dil se sequence which took their status from Majboori to Zimmedari. Now we need a new one to move from Zimmedari to Zaroorat 😄😄😄

LOL there is no doubt that ITV doesn't work on any logic😆.....but your points are quite valid here too.

There is still a big gap between how much Adi has to grow to see Imlie beyond the labels he initially assigned to her and where he is currently in his emotional state about her.....New eyes wala phase as you said....we the audience could see it since way back but Adi has had no such cognition....even Imlie has gotten a build up to emotion sickness in bits and pieces while he hasn't.

The issue though also is that Adi as a personality doesn't do gradual very well😆....he just suppresses a lot and then things hit him like a bolt of lightening....this is what happened with the gunshot track too.....will he even take the time to go through his evolving feelings for Imlie or will it just hit him like a bolt from the blue what she has become for him? That is what we are waiting to see.

I think the trickiest part is that they have to show a balance between his bonding increasing with Imlie and him slowly pulling back from Malini....but they aren't really doing that given how he jumps back and forth in excessive guilt-trip driven PDA....so is sab mein kahaan se hoga introspection about what Imlie has come to mean to him and how Malini is not the center of his world as he claimed? 😆.....which is what makes the bolt from the blue angle a probability as well. Adi only realizes things when they hit him like a ton of bricks....not gradually😆.

*Edit: And yes, there is also the angle of the WEIGHT of a 7 year relationship....logically speaking koi bhi is baat ko process nahin kar paayega ki someone you've known for just a few months is now more important to you than a 7 year relationship.....toh Adi will definitely struggle with that too and this is why it seems hard for him to back off from Malini at this point....which is why whatever he realizes for Imlie will likely not rise to the level to make him question his feelings for Malini yet :S
