So guys lets collectively analyse ShaKhi scenes!

So the first thing I noticed about Shaurya's fiance Shagun was she was a topper in SIAC and his junior. She eventually went on to become a lecturer there. So I noticed he has a type that he likes - itelectual.

His relationship with Anokhi till now was more of being protective towards her. The first time he saw her shoes torn, he immediately got Shaan informed about it and got her a new pair. At that time, he did his duty of making sure she gets comfortable on the first day, which was very sweet tbh. He had no feelings back then. Then the famous ragging track, there too he was just very concerned and his conscience didn't let him be unfair (ofcourse along with college reputation). The dance sequence was amazing, and it made Anokhi more comfortable with him. I guess, when she saw Shaurya protecting her and Bablee from Vinit was another changing point for her. We could see she did steal glances at him in the car. But ofcourse , he kept on rebuking her about informing media. Honeslty, I didnt see much of *physcial* attraction. She just realised that he is a good person and could not wait for him to figure out that she is the same.😆

Then came the picking up scene , the flower throwing scene and fairy light scene. All these scenes were of the time when Anokhi was irritating Shaurya or was irritated with Shaurya. This was a new angle, because Anokhi always was on the receiving end of his anger. Even if she did say something she didnt give him any attitude. But in these scenes, she stopped treating him like professor (which ppl might not like) but that happened because she had gone too deep into his personal and giving him lessons. She spoke at his level. And that was a mandatory development. No girl falls in *love* unless she knows that the guy will listen to her too. only if a girl is given the liberty to express her anger and irritation , does she feel free. Anokhi has become that emotionally free with him. She knows she can be herself without any fear.I still love the "Attitude kyu de rahi ho muje" line. That showed the relationship's formality was slowly fading. But it made them more comfortable with each other.

The recent scenes, have focussed a little on the physical attraction part, I feel. Because there are alot of mini eyelocks happening between them. The noodles scene, the hair sticking scene, the car seat belt scene and lots of scenes in the riot episodes.

But the recent scenes also highlight the protectiveness that Shaurya built for Anokhi over time. The half hug initiated by Anokhi proved how she could feel that protection coming from him. She subconsciously trusts him. So she dosen't realise when she's grabbing on to him. He also gives her enough reasons to trust him.

Again, I feel ShaKhi's relationship for now is more of care, protectiveness, subconscious trust, with a tinge of attraction (both physical and intelectual).

You’ve analysed the entire timeline of the relationship so well.👍🏼Everything is perfectly explained and how and why things have happened carry a valid reason which is very well written down.
I’m happy someone else feels exactly the same way as me about the development of their relationship beyond the teacher student relationship🙈 and I even feel that now whatever turn it takes which could be Shaurya’s concern at a higher end or his protectiveness and care towards Anokhi, we’ll have enough reasons to think about why it is happening and align to it with the storyline😊

Yeah! The writers have done a good job , giving us the amazing storyline that we have now. I feel, now we will see good reasons as to why they fall in love. Now I know, ppl fall in love without reasons, but then everyone has a story, as to when they started feeling a certain way. And it usually happens after a set of events. Unless its pehli nazar ka pyaar 😆. But for ShaKhi I feel Anokhi's love for Aastha will also win Shaurya over. He does like the way she loves his mother.

Yeah Ik right? Intellectual but the loophole there was how Shagun wanted to pursue a career through higher studies whereas Shaurya had other plans. So lets leave it there for now..

Definitely. He's a softie at heart & generous. Another thing I noticed was unlike his uncles, he doesn't boast about their legacy or how rich they are in general. His protective nature towards Anokhi is I think what made all of us realize though he had a troubled (as in the caring manner) childhood, with parents living separately & him constantly going on & on about how he doesn't care about Aastha, Shaurya has a changing nature. He is the kind of person you can trust, just don't get in to his bad books. I think during the ragging incident, Shaurya was surprised to the oblivion to see what had happened with this girl, who might be his mom's student but has done nothing wrong to anyone.

Oh yeah, the dance took Anokhi by surprise & it was cute 😊 I really liked the scene where they were traveling together & how irked Shaurya got with Anokhi smiling 😆 Anokhi was literally shocked to see that never seen demeanour of Shaurya when Vinit was getting beaten. It was just that Shaurya was so sure about his instincts specifically since Anokhi is a student of Aastha ma'am. I'm pretty sure many of us are waiting to see when he'll start seeing Anokhi as the girl she is & not as him mom's student. But gotta say that just like you, I never noticed any difference big enough to highlight as an attraction whatsoever

She spoke at his level. And that was a mandatory development. No girl falls in *love* unless she knows that the guy will listen to her too. only if a girl is given the liberty to express her anger and irritation , does she feel free.

Picking up scene was bound to happen because Anokhi was getting on Shaurya's nerves, flower throwing scene was because he was frustrated with Anokhi forcing the gifts on him & finally, fairy light scene was more of a reconciliation? Not the official one but kind of an apologetic & understanding the sentiments to some extent kind of?!? 🤪 So ofc there was nothing romantic. But here I'm on the opposing team where I feel that aaj kal ki relationships mainly don't have proper roots, if two people are attracted to eo they think its love. That's the kind of society we live in now & its sad to see. Toxic relationships tops this chart 🤔

Anokhi has become that emotionally free with him. She knows she can be herself without any fear.I still love the "Attitude kyu de rahi ho muje" line. That showed the relationship's formality was slowly fading. But it made them more comfortable with each other.

She feels relaxed somewhat with Shaurya now that she's aware of few aspects related to him until he starts barsaoing his 'get outs' on her. Just like Anokhi does Aastha ma'am jaap, Shaurya is nothing less 😆 They behave less like a student & a professor mainly after Anokhi got to know his identity plus at times I feel as if Shaurya doesn't mind it

The recent scenes, have focussed a little on the physical attraction part, I feel. Because there are alot of mini eyelocks happening between them. The noodles scene, the hair sticking scene, the car seat belt scene and lots of scenes in the riot episodes.

The really slow progress towards having a physical attraction is what I enjoy about the plot. It's not overpowering neither under whelming. Such an easy process. Mayhaps ardent fans might not like it but it is what it is 😆 Shaurya & Anokhi needs to know eo more in depth, their behavioural patterns & how they react in situations before having more than an attraction. A proper one to ponder over what is happening with them. On ITV mostly what we see is love at first sight or hatred turning in to love but here this is what makes SAAKK stand apart.

Shaurya gives those vibes of protection to Anokhi since the ragging scene I think, so yeah its very cute to see them not having a problem being close to eo. The trust is exactly what I stated before. She trusts him when he says something.

Again, I feel ShaKhi's relationship for now is more of care, protectiveness, subconscious trust, with a tinge of attraction (both physical and intelectual).

Ikr. They feel secure with eo & Anokhi feels that protection from Shaurya in a very positive manner no matter how much they argue. The attraction will steadily grow, until then lets watch how everything unfolds 🤗

Amazing post!! You captured everything so perfectly!

One scene I really loved was their first official meeting during the debate competition. She was running in a rush and they collided and she ended up leaving her mark on him. When he watched her performance and gave her the award for winning the competition, he commends her. She clearly also has a lot of respect for him when she asked him to speak. As usual Anokhi didn't accept his no and made him give a speech. It was only after she saw him talking to Aastha that she ended up lashing out at him. This is pretty much what has happened again. Anokhi respected Shaurya and started to see the good in him only to be brought back to thinking he is like all the other men in her life because he mistreated Aastha.

Looking back on that scene it really captured ShaKhi essence so well. She is a girl rushing towards her future and he is a man who has already made his place in the world. They both collide and she ends up leaving her mark on his life. And when they are just two individuals, they both have no animosity towards each other but the common thread of Aastha puts them on opposite sides.

You summed everything up so well.

Anokhi reacts whenever professor says something. Even in the ragging incident when he said nothing, she was just looking at him the entire time.

When he helped her to help himself, she was again looking at him the entire time to express her thanks. Im okay w the MU that Anokhi thinks its ahir who helped her bc she has tried to be polite too many times in thanking him but he's just been rude.

Anokhi has already started to analyze him as well. She wanted to tlk abt him at night w her maam when astha was in trouble. Who tries to tlk abt someone else at 11pm at night, if they didn't move you? It wasn't like let me vent abt my professor, it was like "i dont get this guy"

I think there's a sense of presence but not attraction. Since they did mention pyaar ki shuruat, meaning not pyaar yet, but the start - journey towards it ...i think it will come up.

They are on a whole diff level now w her trusting him enough to have him in the same space as her i.e. touch her. When ahir was helping her, she seemed irked like uncomfortable but still allowed him to clean up. When she saw Shaurya saw that, she was concious at that and again staring at him.

There's trust and sense of haq with which they tlk to each other, tell each other things, cut hair off, or just barge into his office to tell him off, bring flowers for him

I'm just ranting now but this is such a good start

OMG! So beautifully put!

Also in the dance sequence, he couldnt get his eyes off of her ..its like she caught his eyes and our eyes too. There was so much noor coming from her. He even said "wow"

Astha will be the string that pulls them together, time and time again no matter how far apart they go

Agree with everything.

@bold - possibly you are right and there is just a sense of presence and no attraction-attraction even now. Honestly, its difficult to say, because as KV said in his starting interviews that the show wont go Over the top. They will try to keep real. So they arent giving us any scenes from which we can make out of there's any attraction or not. But they certainly show us how Anokhi lets him in her personal space. That should mean something. Because yes, she was a little uncomfy, like her expression did look like someone new touched me. But she let him too, beacuse she knew his intentions weren't wrong. I guess that is what Shaurya was wondering, as to how she let someone who she just met few minutes back touch her hand. But he didn't say anything as it wasn't his decision.
