So guys lets collectively analyse ShaKhi scenes!
So the first thing I noticed about Shaurya's fiance Shagun was she was a topper in SIAC and his junior. She eventually went on to become a lecturer there. So I noticed he has a type that he likes - itelectual.
Yeah Ik right? Intellectual but the loophole there was how Shagun wanted to pursue a career through higher studies whereas Shaurya had other plans. So lets leave it there for now..
His relationship with Anokhi till now was more of being protective towards her. The first time he saw her shoes torn, he immediately got Shaan informed about it and got her a new pair. At that time, he did his duty of making sure she gets comfortable on the first day, which was very sweet tbh. He had no feelings back then. Then the famous ragging track, there too he was just very concerned and his conscience didn't let him be unfair (ofcourse along with college reputation).
Definitely. He's a softie at heart & generous. Another thing I noticed was unlike his uncles, he doesn't boast about their legacy or how rich they are in general. His protective nature towards Anokhi is I think what made all of us realize though he had a troubled (as in the caring manner) childhood, with parents living separately & him constantly going on & on about how he doesn't care about Aastha, Shaurya has a changing nature. He is the kind of person you can trust, just don't get in to his bad books. I think during the ragging incident, Shaurya was surprised to the oblivion to see what had happened with this girl, who might be his mom's student but has done nothing wrong to anyone.
The dance sequence was amazing, and it made Anokhi more comfortable with him. I guess, when she saw Shaurya protecting her and Bablee from Vinit was another changing point for her. We could see she did steal glances at him in the car. But ofcourse , he kept on rebuking her about informing media. Honeslty, I didnt see much of *physcial* attraction. She just realised that he is a good person and could not wait for him to figure out that she is the same.đ
Oh yeah, the dance took Anokhi by surprise & it was cute đ I really liked the scene where they were traveling together & how irked Shaurya got with Anokhi smiling đ Anokhi was literally shocked to see that never seen demeanour of Shaurya when Vinit was getting beaten. It was just that Shaurya was so sure about his instincts specifically since Anokhi is a student of Aastha ma'am. I'm pretty sure many of us are waiting to see when he'll start seeing Anokhi as the girl she is & not as him mom's student. But gotta say that just like you, I never noticed any difference big enough to highlight as an attraction whatsoever
Then came the picking up scene , the flower throwing scene and fairy light scene. All these scenes were of the time when Anokhi was irritating Shaurya or was irritated with Shaurya. This was a new angle, because Anokhi always was on the receiving end of his anger. Even if she did say something she didnt give him any attitude. But in these scenes, she stopped treating him like professor (which ppl might not like) but that happened because she had gone too deep into his personal and giving him lessons. She spoke at his level. And that was a mandatory development. No girl falls in *love* unless she knows that the guy will listen to her too. only if a girl is given the liberty to express her anger and irritation , does she feel free.
Picking up scene was bound to happen because Anokhi was getting on Shaurya's nerves, flower throwing scene was because he was frustrated with Anokhi forcing the gifts on him & finally, fairy light scene was more of a reconciliation? Not the official one but kind of an apologetic & understanding the sentiments to some extent kind of?!? 𤪠So ofc there was nothing romantic. But here I'm on the opposing team where I feel that aaj kal ki relationships mainly don't have proper roots, if two people are attracted to eo they think its love. That's the kind of society we live in now & its sad to see. Toxic relationships tops this chart đ¤
Anokhi has become that emotionally free with him. She knows she can be herself without any fear.I still love the "Attitude kyu de rahi ho muje" line. That showed the relationship's formality was slowly fading. But it made them more comfortable with each other.
She feels relaxed somewhat with Shaurya now that she's aware of few aspects related to him until he starts barsaoing his 'get outs' on her. Just like Anokhi does Aastha ma'am jaap, Shaurya is nothing less đ They behave less like a student & a professor mainly after Anokhi got to know his identity plus at times I feel as if Shaurya doesn't mind it
The recent scenes, have focussed a little on the physical attraction part, I feel. Because there are alot of mini eyelocks happening between them. The noodles scene, the hair sticking scene, the car seat belt scene and lots of scenes in the riot episodes.
The really slow progress towards having a physical attraction is what I enjoy about the plot. It's not overpowering neither under whelming. Such an easy process. Mayhaps ardent fans might not like it but it is what it is đ Shaurya & Anokhi needs to know eo more in depth, their behavioural patterns & how they react in situations before having more than an attraction. A proper one to ponder over what is happening with them. On ITV mostly what we see is love at first sight or hatred turning in to love but here this is what makes SAAKK stand apart.
But the recent scenes also highlight the protectiveness that Shaurya built for Anokhi over time. The half hug initiated by Anokhi proved how she could feel that protection coming from him. She subconsciously trusts him. So she dosen't realise when she's grabbing on to him. He also gives her enough reasons to trust him.
Shaurya gives those vibes of protection to Anokhi since the ragging scene I think, so yeah its very cute to see them not having a problem being close to eo. The trust is exactly what I stated before. She trusts him when he says something.
Again, I feel ShaKhi's relationship for now is more of care, protectiveness, subconscious trust, with a tinge of attraction (both physical and intelectual).
Ikr. They feel secure with eo & Anokhi feels that protection from Shaurya in a very positive manner no matter how much they argue. The attraction will steadily grow, until then lets watch how everything unfolds đ¤
