Same here in my job. I really love my job. I forget everything when I get in to teaching and start teaching. I teach teenagers and I really enjoy them. I was a mischievous person and I can understand them. So they love me and I love them. We really enjoy the lessons.

When they give excuses for something I start saying ok I can excuse , by that time I have already options inn my mind that they cannot excuse whatever they choose. So they know me. They stop me in the middle and do their work.🤣🤣

I am strict too. Not too much. I have warned them, that if you do not do my work , you have to find another class as I won't keep you here.

They don't like it. For them no other option left so they do my work properly🤣
