Something different and much needed!

There have been a zillion hero rescues heroine scenes on ITV and most are probably solo shots, as in its only the heroine in trouble but occasionally there have scenes involving a crowd or riots etc. So what I found refreshing was makers not focusing only on Shaurya rescuing Anokhi, yes his focus was definitely on her but it was great that the CVs included a scene of Shaurya helping a fallen stranger that was refreshing and spoke of volumes of Shaurya's character. In the same way today's breakdown scene before finding Anokhi was well done! I don't think the breakdown was completely about Anokhi alone to me it showed Shaurya's state of mind, his mom is missing for which his words were most probably the trigger, Anokhi is lost in the crowd and there are unconscious people lying on the ground who could possibly even be dead! To me more than the other scenes this was definitely the most poignant one.

Yes the beauty of show lies in the fact that they take in all elements and shaurya characterization is so minutely crafted to include all these small things which actually matter in the long run...

Shaurya looking at dead bodies and mom missing then ankhi went missing all this took toll on him.! He's truly stressed!

Shaurya and Karanvir totally owning the scenes the way he's portraying all these subtle emotions issue song beautiful! And not at all ott!

There was no shouting and howling

Shaurya helping that stranger get up was a fantastic touch. There are things that I didn't like about this episode and the previous once, but the writers/cvs add these brilliant touches and makes me forget the things I didn't like. It's commendable that the writers actually thought of this even in this chaotic scene. Shaurya was occupied with looking for his mom and protecting Anokhi and he still goes and help a stranger in that state. I also like the short scene where Anokhi saved him when he tripped. Wish it was longer because it was so refreshing to the heroine saving the hero, again I liked how writer this fine detali in the chaotic scene

Exactly KV's portrayal of Shaurya's angst and in general all emotions is subtle and underlying but that's what creates the impact it does.

Yup! Anokhi's tiny form using all her strength to save Shaurya was endearing and funny at the same time😆

The beauty of the way the PH showed the riot was this - it was a struggle for both leads. Even Shaurya was getting hurt and losing his step and falling. Had Anokhi not been there to pull him back, he would have fell into fire! I was sorta happy to not see her blindly following Shaurya around and she does think with her heart and not her head. He’s the opposite - head first.

I’m glad i the pivotal scene wasn’t a scene where Anokhi is hopeless and he saves her. She was crazy yet brave to go back to finding Aastha and he found her lying unconscious and of course had to help her and lift her up. Even lift was done with a sense of realism.

Breakdown scene of Shaurya kneeling around the bodies was a swirl of emotions - for the events in front of him, his turmoil around his lost mother and her whereabouts and what exactly his equation is with her now and of course his missing student.

I like also how they showed him also losing consciousness and fainting at the hospital. So real and made him look human too. Not some mega hero. Obviously that resulted in him not being by Anokhis side when she woke up which we are not thrilled about but there’s some hope.

Haven't watched the epi yet but also liked the fact that they showed Shaurya faint after admitting Anokhi to the hospital. Very realistic to show him being affected by the smoke, and the stress taking a toll on him, like any human and not making him a typical hero who'd probably land in the hospital only after some big life-threatening accident.

@bold - just saying, dont have too many hopes / expectations🤣. Those things always hurt. Talking from experience here 😆. Moreover ,tbh, after seeing the promo our expectations were sky rocketed. Im sure many of them felt today's was an injustice to their patience and rightly so.
